Todd, Megan and the construction crew were all friendly and helpful. The scope and design of my job had to change and Todd came right back out to walk me through options and provide ideas. They were able to pivot to the new design quickly and I’m very pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend and will work with them again.

Todd and Megan were very helpful with the whole process from beginning to end. They are very responsive to questions, whether it's email, text or phone call. Megan helped with applying for permit county every step of the way. Project started and completed as scheduled. The crew was professional. The project was a 35'x58' concrete sports court. They came out timely and gave me a quote for building my basketball court. The communication prior, during and after was exceptional. Court looks great and ready to work on my free throws.

This is a solid company. Todd Brogan is a good businessman, he gave us options on a pad for our RV. His price was fair, his workers were great and you can tell they like working for Brogan Concrete.

Crew of two showed up to retrofit a channel drain into existing concrete. Should have been a straightforward job, but this was obviously a project they had no experience with. The drain was not installed properly (moves when stepped on, spaces between drain and existing concrete, water now slopes away from drain, etc.) and the outlying concrete was damaged. In addition, they also damaged the pool cage and broke a water pipe leading into the house that had to be repaired same day at an additional cost to me. After two months of reaching out to the owner, neither him nor any representative from this company have made any attempt to rectify. Entire project has to be started over with additional repairs and cost of materials.

They did an amazing job. All complete in one day. Communication was flawless as well!

Todd and his team at brogan concrete did an excellent job on the concrete work that I needed to get done. Todd was very quick to respond with a phone call when I was looking for the concrete work to be done. I set an appointment for an estimate and Todd was right on time to do the estimate when he said he will be there. Megan worked with me when I had to do a minor change to one of the concrete slabs that I had done with no issues with the change I made. Jered who formed the pads was very knowledgeable and suggested a nice border around one of the slabs that I’m very happy with. On the day of the pours the crew was right on time to do the job. Jered came back in the late afternoon to do the relief cuts in the slabs and finish the job. Excellent company and the price was very reasonable, I will definitely be contacting them for my future driveway replacement needs me and Todd discussed.

After receiving bids from three concrete contractors for my driveway project, I contracted with Todd Brogan - Brogan Concrete Services for the following reasons: (1) excellent BBB reviews, (2) timeliness in responding to my initial contact, (3) local business, (4) over 35 years of experience, (5) competitive pricing, and (6) no payment until the project was completed. I was not disappointed in my decision. Todd explained the entire process from beginning to end and answered every question. His concrete removal team (Tim) was unbelievable on his treaded skid-steer and could turn it on a dime. My irrigation system ran along and under the old driveway…I had no damage which I attribute to his experience and accuracy. His framing team (Jared and others) were just as professional and conscientious They made a few recommendations to fix some slope challenges that worked flawlessly. The concrete pour went perfectly. Todd visited the site every day to insure all was going well and according to plan. I can honestly and without reservation recommend Brogan Concrete for any concrete work.

Todd and his crew did a masterful job in removing and replacing all of our sidewalks and long driveway. It was a very large residential project. Even when landscape lighting wiring and sprinkler pipes were disrupted a call to Megan in the office resulted in getting the systems promptly back in good working order. We rate their service and our wonderful result as excellent.

We first met Todd to discuss adding a 24' x 30' concrete pad for a metal garage to sit on. We also wanted a small pad connecting the garage to our outbuilding, as well as a sidewalk from the house to both buildings. Todd was very understanding of what it was that we wanted, and we came up with a game plan. He never tried to upsell us on anything we did not need. Throughout the whole process, Brogan Concrete Services was on point. Even when our permit delayed the work, Todd and his crew were very understanding and very patient. We did not feel pressured in any way to hurry up with the permit so they could get the job done. We really appreciated the low stress that came with working with Brogan. After the permit and inspection were done, Brogan came in and completed the work with zero delay. They moved with purpose and made sure everything was accomplished correctly. Needed concrete on sandy hill. Definitely driving on the concrete is a breeze for us and deliveries. I told Brogan what I wanted and they gave us what we asked and more. We had a drainage issue and they came back to add a solution while we grass the sides. Love their communication and diligence.

Todd and the crew at Brogan Concrete were great. We had a driveway that was lifted by an oak tree. They were far and above the best quote that we got. The old driveway was removed very quickly, all the roots were cleared out and disposed of. They were even out on Memorial day to set the form for an early morning pour. While we havent driven on it yet (that comes Monday) the new driveway looks great!
