They helped us with paperwork for our permit (filled it out for us), answered all our questions and were available by phone and email. They also made every effort to get our project completed as quickly as they could, even adding us to their schedule earlier than expected. The concrete work was done very well and we are very happy with the result. This company knows their business and cares for their customers. We fully recommend them to all our friends and neighbors and would hire them again.

Description of Work: Concrete pure: driveway, sidewalk, back patio, front porch raises up to front door level, remove/haul away dirt, bricks, pavers, stones, bush, and tree stumps from front and back yards and level, install 40 LF of PVC pipe in front yard to help with drainage. Additional service required prior to county approval is a termite spray is required within 1’ of the foundation of the house. Termite company was hired by Brogan Concrete Services after my approval.

+ -1 moreWhen tree roots had pushed up and cracked sections of our driveway, we needed to replace it for our homeowner’s insurance. Brogan Concrete was thoroughly professional throughout the entire process. Todd quickly responded to my request for a quote and came over to the house to discuss what we wanted. He gave us a good quote and Megan walked me through the long process of obtaining the permit on Orange County Fast track for our new driveway. I contacted her multiple times when I had questions and she was always polite and extremely helpful. We are very happy with the quality of work that the team did to remove our existing driveway and replace the new one. Their team of professionals arrived on time and worked together like artists to grade and texture the driveway perfectly. They even helped us replace and cap off old broken sprinkler system pipes under the driveway.

I needed a new site drawing to get the permit going and she provided a few names of very reasonable resources to help. The work went very well. I would strongly recommend Brogan to any one.
Description of Work: We had damage to our driveway and also wanted to widen it. The project grew due to a lot of wash away under the driveway after Hurricane Ian, which meant we needed to replace the entire driveway.
