Called and requested estimate. Said he would try to do the estimate by looking up my house on the computer. Otherwise he would come by day before yesterday to look at the home. Never heard anything, so called today. I was told he couldn't make it two days ago, but that he could still come by and do an estimate. But the earliest day would be next Tuesday. I cancelled the request for an estimate. Moral of the story for the benefit of the contractor: If you say you will provide an estimate or come out by a specific day, then either do it or call the customer to re-schedule. Making the customer be the one to follow up is unprofessional.

Pete showed up at 9 am ready to get to work. He first applied the chlorine.. This was followed by a rotary scrubber which got the dirt out of all the nooks and crannies. Then he pressure washed all surfaces. I've never seen my drive or pool area look so white and pristine clean! Pete was fast, efficient and very professional. Thanks Pete, you did an amazing job!

This company was very professional. Provided an e-mail quote and receipt after completing the work. The price was very reasonable and they were able to work me in to get the job completed quickly. They did an excellent job (after normal business hours), were thorough, polite and professional. Will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing pressure cleaning work. Kudos to 3LM!

This was a pretty big job on a very high end home. Pete had already toured the property a few days earlier so we could discuss a plan of action and I had a quote sitting in my email box before he had even left the grounds. On the day of the job he arrived on time and got straight to work. Over the course of six hours I did not see him take a single break, and he was working just as hard and the job was just as thorough during the last hour as it was during the first. His price was fair and his time estimate was dead on. I cannot recommend 3LM highly enough. They will be my first call for pressure washing from here on out. Give them a shot at bidding your job, you will not be disappointed!

After a small mishap related to scheduling, 3LM showed up and went right to work. Now, our driveway was not looking good. It was really black from tree mold and acorns, and the HOA was complaining. I wasn't completely sure how well they'd be able to get the stains out, but lo and behold-- by the time the water dried, we looked like all of the other driveways in the neighborhood. I was very pleased with the outcome.

He's excellent and I told my next door neighbor too. When he came in he had the up-to-date equipment. I've never seen pressure washing like the way he did. He not only had the pressure washer but also had a special device that he went over the driveway and sidewalk first; I guess that was to loosen up the grime. Then he used a pressure washer. It was absolutely clean when he finished. He even did the curves. I was very pleased with him and I told him that. I think it was a good price. My next door neighbor actually paid more and when I told her what I paid she thought his price was excellent. While he was there I told him that his work and his professionalism were really good.

Very Good Job! On time. Very clean service. I was pleasantly surprised at how little their work interfered with our daily life.. The Work: cleaned all the siding on our home. Cleaned all the patios and driveways. We have a lot of driveway area between the two separate garages. I will use these guys again!

Excellent - no complaints. I had sent a message via the Angie website on Sunday and Peter actually called me back on Sunday and left a message. We touched base on Monday, explained what I was looking for and he arrived the following day to review and prepare a estimate. I felt a fair fair price, and based on prior reviews that I had seen - I felt comfortable with the decision to use his services. The cleaning was scheduled for Thursday morning. Peter arrived and went directly to work. Outcome very pleased.

I'm really glad I called Pete at 3LM and had him do this job for me. In the past, I've always pressure washed my own driveway by renting a pressure washer and cleaning it myself but I don't think I'm going to do that again. It really wasn't that much more expensive to have Pete do it and it saved me a lot of time and trouble. Plus he did a way better job than I ever did. He has a commercial washer that cleans very evenly and thoroughly, and he used a formula to really kill the mildew. By the time he was done my driveway looked practically new!

Pete was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job with all of the pressure washing that he did. I would definitely recommend him.

Pete arrived a few minutes before our appointment. He has the appropriate tools & equipment for the trade. Pete spent a couple hours cleaning our roof of 6 years of mold and mildew. He repeated the treatment a couple times on the stubborn mold stains. No pressure washer was used during the cleaning. All I can say is it's now spotless. Very professional and I could sense Pete's good work ethic. I felt the cost of service was very fair. I highly recommend.

Great he's the man , he was there and done as he said he would be, allowing the next contractor to get in to perform his services in timely manner, helping my overall project to stay on schedule

Pete did an excellent job again. He came out with this professional grade equipment, surface cleaner and cleaned up my driveway and sidewalks and it looks beautiful almost white. The overall experience was great, my appointment was between 9-10 and Pete was on time, professional, and courteous. The pricing was less than I expected and I even got an estimate for the whole house and will be having him do that soon. I certainly recommend this service. Excellent job

Pete did an excellent job. My driveway was badly in need of being cleaning and Pete was able to make my concrete look like new, almost white. The right tools for the right job, if I had tried to do this myself it might have taken me the whole day but Pete came in with his equipment and had my driveway looking new in just a little over an hour. good job

They did an excellent job. The pool deck, in particular, was in serious need of cleaning. There are a couple places that tend to stay wet and shady and as such quickly grow mold. I had cleaned it myself from time to time with limited results. Honestly, I did not think that they would be able to do any better than I had - but it turned out I was very wrong. They did an excellent job getting the pool deck clean - much better than I was ever able to do. They were able to lift most of the oil stains out of the paver driveway as well, and they did a fine job with the house overall. One thing in particular I appreciate - they did an excellent job of minimizing how much dirt and runoff went into the pool while the deck was being cleaned. There isn't much room between the pool and the screen in places and it is difficult to keep everything from running right into the pool. But they were able to really keep that to a minimum. Their prices are very reasonable and they did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.
