3LM Roof Cleaning and Exterior Pressure Washing

This is the third time I have hired 3LM and the first time having the roof cleaned. The roof looks new again. I will use again. The cost was for roof cleaning and pressure washing.

The company is owned by Pete Greenwood. He is absolutely outstanding. He does a wonderful job. I’ve used him twice or 3 times and I am about ready to call him this morning, because it needs it again. In the Spring & Fall. He is really, really, good. He does a great job, when he is finished everything is sparkling. I have recommended to 2 of my friends. It was in the fall after the raining season stopped.

The company was fine to do business with, but we suffered a roof leak shortly after their service. The roofing and insurance companies told us that it was likely caused by improper cleaning.

Came out and did a great job. The house looked like it needed a paint job before he cleaned it. Afterwards it looked great. They cleaned the roof and soffits to take off some algae which will give the roof extended life with a chemical clean so it won't take off the asphalt with a powerful wash. Good Job! I will definitely use them again.

I had my pool deck area and my driveway pressure washed by Pete and he did a fantastic job. He was on time and thorough. I would use again whenever needed.

The estimates were quick. They were on time and the job was completed quickly. The results are perfect. The roof and the pavers now look brand new. This is our second time using 3LM.

Pete was great! He managed to squeeze in an appointment for me with only a few days notice. My brick pavers came out great! Especially my courtyard which was due for a cleaning. Pete also sprayed down my courtyard fence walls at no extra cost. Pete was early for our appointment, efficient, professional and did a great job! He only uses 10-20% of chlorine so your plants and grass won't die. He also sent me a quote via email before the cleaning and he e-mailed me my receipt afterwards. He was very cost efficient and responsive. Thank you Pete!

I received an estimated immediately and was scheduled quickly. The driveway and sidewalks look excellent. The work was thorough.

It went very well. They showed up promptly at the specified time and did good job. It did take a couple of weeks to get a Certificate of Insurance from them but all in all we were very satisfied with the service provided.

I was very impressed by how clean the areas were when Pete was finished. I've had these areas cleaned many times but Pete provided the best result of all pressure cleaners.

Pete was very prompt in sending an estimate for the project and for showing up on time. He quickly began to work and he did an excellent job on the roof in removing the mildew and making it look like new. Then he pressure washed the house and overall we were completely satisfied with his work and his professional attitude.Paying with a credit card was easy. We would definitely hire him again and recommended him to others.

It went pretty well. We got what we needed and it was relatively inexpensive. They did a good job. They did what we asked for and they did it in a short amount of time. They were really timely.

The technician was prompt (even early) and got right to work. Though I didn't ask for the driveway to be done, my daughter authorized the service and boy am I glad. The house looks so much brighter and CLEAN. Wow, my husband is away for military duty and he will be so pleased when he returns. Thanks 3LM job WELL DONE.

Everything went great from first contact through job completion. Peter was extremely fast in getting me a quote, which was very reasonable considering the size of the job. (Angie's List discount included in the cost shown.) He came out and did the work on the specified date, and everything looked fantastic when he was done. My white pool screen frame is actually white again. He even nicely arranged the furniture on our patio. Paying for the job via credit card was quick and easy too. Overall I'm very pleased and will definitely use him next time.

The results were astounding and my house literally looks better than it has since I moved in. Walkways look new. The patio is glistening. The gutters are draining well. The whole house shines. I am beyond satisfied and incredibly thankful for the work Pete did. It's obvious he takes pride in his work & goes above and beyond in order to provide a high-quality job to his customers. After speaking with Pete via phone, I explained what I wanted done and he sent me an estimate via email within an hour. I decided to have Pete clean my roof and gutters. He showed up on time on the prearranged date and quickly went to work. He cleaned the gutters first, taking care to clean up residual debris from my patio. He then used a chlorine based cleaning solution on my shingles. When Pete had completed the work, he invited me to take a look at the roof. There was a distinguishable improvement. I was quite pleased. Pete also has a 10% discount for Angie's List members which came in handy. I will definitely use Pete's services again.

Mr. Greenwood did a fabulous job - our house had not been washed in a couple of years and it now looks brand new. We are very happy with his work!
