They guy who came out is Dave, who did a general service. I had a problem with change in the night-time temperature becoming cooler and the system had frozen up a little bit; but it was no big deal. I just cleaned it up and everything was okay. He came out and checked it. I called him on the phone and he couldn't come right away; but I spoke to him on Friday and he came on Monday. He gave me some ideas on how to get the air conditioning to work. He interpreted well, while he was going to help me over the phone, even though he didn't actually come here two or three days later. He responds to other customers. He took some good time with me to get things going so I could have it function over the weekend and that was really nice. He is very reliable, very trustworthy and I would only and only use his services as I like him. He is nice to work with and quite easy to deal with. He's definitely worth it and his wife is helpful. He is generous with his time, to answer questions and his price is reasonable. I will definitely hire him again and if I had any problem with the heating and air conditioning, he'd be our first call. I trust him from the beginning. I respond to him very well as he answers questions very thoroughly and honestly. It's all based on trust and relationship as I don't respond to people who are trying to put a lot of shine on something that doesn't really deserve it. I rather have straight information, make my own choices and Dave facilitates that totally. I met him because of Angie's list and I like Angie's list because I met him. It was my first try using Angie's services and I got him. I was really happy with the whole experience and he deserves an accolade.

This company has provided service to our AC on several occasions over the last few years. We have always dealt with Dave, and he is unfailingly polite, professional and knowledgeable. He always shows up on time - calls before he comes - and performs his task quickly and with as little disruption as possible. He does not seem to be interested in selling the most expensive components but instead attempts to find the best fit for your house and budget. He is a real joy to deal with. Our first interaction with him was when we wanted to expand the number of vents and returns in our AC system. We have a big house and the temperature varied wildly from one end to the other. He came up with a plan with us and executed it on time and without any extra costs. He was careful to wear booties in the house and had no complaints about getting up in the attic on a hot summer day. Extremely polite in every regard. A city inspector took issue with one of the vents and he was out immediately to correct it. The next time we saw Dave, our 20 year old AC compressor had failed. He replaced the failed unit with one that would work with our existing HVAC without trying to upsell us. We've been very happy with the unit. When the HVAC failed, he replaced that as well. Recently, we had a power surge that took out one of our electrical components. He replaced it within two days and was able to claim it on our warranty. I can't recommend him highly enough. We're always very happy with his work.

David arrived about 3:10 for an appointment scheduled for between 3:00 and 3:30. He immediately went to work checking both the outside unit and the unit in the garage. He cleaned all components, checked voltages, etc. He also changed out my Aprilaire filter which is replaced on an annual basis. David is always courteous and polite and dresses very neatly. He makes a great impression and knows what he is doing.

Dave Rowe provided an accurate and defensive quote, following ACCA Standards. He was responsive to all of my many questions. His pricing was most competitive, he was punctual, the installation was detailed and well thought out. All debris was removed and he personally swept the garage work area, leaving my home cleaner than before he arrived.. After the sale he registered the system with Carrier, and made all arrangements with County Inspector allowing me to focus on other jobs. From beginning to end, the experience was professional, honest, and as painless as possible. If the new Carrier HVAC equipment performs as well as Dave, then highly recommended without reservation.

I called for service and David was at my home in half an hour! The parts were ordered the next morning ariving on the following day. A 11 am appointment was set for Saturday install. David showed up right on time and finished the work within the time stated. David is a very nice guy and I highly recomend you ask for him if you need help.

Great experiance from start to finish.

The A/C had stopped working.I called another company who quoted a price but could not get the part until the following week. I learned of Precision fom Angie's list and I called them at 4pm. Dave came at 6pm and diagnosed the problem and made a temporary fix for me. By 8pm I received a much lower quote for replacing the compressor and two days later the new part was installed and the job complete.

The entire experience was great. I found Precision Tech through Angie's list and called the number around 5pm. They told me someone would be out at 7pm and we was actually 30min early (called first). He was very courteous and explained what was going on. After fixing the issue, he spent some time explaining "ac stuff" to me and some ways that I could get better performance out of my unit (that is OLD). Great service, Dave was awesome.

Everything was professional from start to finish. We were especially impressed with Precision Tech's responsiveness to our concerns and the design of our house during the installation.
