I purchased the Deal. Received a call from the vendor asking questions measurements and the like. I was at work and was not able to provide actual numbers. As the conversation went on the vendor said "if you decide to go ahead?" I had already paid the $199, IF? The store is very close to my home so I drove there on the following Friday around 11:00 AM thinking in person would be better. I had my exact window measurements. The Sign was lit OPEN, there was a large white VAN blocking the driveway. No one to be seen. I rang the bell or knocked can't remember, no response. I drove around the side of the building to leave because of Van and saw a fan running. Obviously someone was there. Left a very bad feeling.

I did my own measurements and asked for an approximate quote over the phone before purchasing the deal. I got a quote of about $900 total (could have been $400 after the coupon is applied). I thought that was ok so I bought the deal. Then after the measurement person came and I got the exact amount the new price was $1550! Granted I was off 8 inches in my estimate, but should 8 inches mean over a 50% increase in price?? I felt a bit swindled.

Set up an appointment and a representative came out within a few days to take measurements. He sent a few links that I could view in advance, but also had samples available during appointment. I settled on faux wood blinds for living room windows because they were cheaper and looked just like real wood. I have four windows in the front of the house that are all close together. He suggested that I use one blind for the two middle windows and have one border piece that would go across the top of all the windows. It looked great after installation. I also had 5 honeycomb shades installed. There were several shade colors to choose from. I chose a color in the Symphony set, "reed" I think. They were cordless pull down shades. Well made and look classy. My daughter had a lighter shade installed in her room which she also loves. There was a two week time frame from when the order was placed until installation. No hassle and was a pleasant experience. These shades and blinds are of highest quality and craftsmanship. I would use them again.

They did a beautiful job. The price was a little more than we wanted to spend but since we had not checked with other dealers we don't know if the price was high or not, but that was on us to comparison shop. The bottom line is we are happy with using Yocum's.

They installed plantation shatters and they finished them according to directions. I have had them in for quite a while I have had no problems with them.

I was told the order would take two weeks, but less than a week later I received a call that my order was ready. I made the appointment for installation on August 12, 2013, just one week from placing order. Two installers arrived on time to install all six blinds. They were very friendly and quick to install all blinds. They cleaned up after themselves as they installed. I was extremely pleased with the whole process. At first i was a little dismayed at the final cost. The deal I purchased was for 500.00 of Hunter Douglas blinds for a cost of 199.00, but the total cost was 1150.00, ie i needed to pay an additional amount. The quality of the blinds and service were top notch and worth the cost. I love my new blinds.

Frank worked to accommodate my schedule at move in day. I have already placed a second order for additional blinds for other rooms.

These folks were super courteous and delivered exactly as stated. Couldn't have been any easier.
