Description of Work: These professionals installed 7 room darkening bottom down top up honeycomb shades in our bed room, dressing room and guest bedroom plus a center hall shade. The Angie's List deal meant one window was free. The total cost was not inexpensive but with this level of quality and service, it was still a very good deal. We enjoyed the people who did the measurement and installation. They were terrific, prompt, professional and friendly. We would highly recommend this firm.

Description of Work: Yocum helped me through the process of selecting blinds for 4 rooms in my house. We ultimately chose Hunter Douglas custom 2"wood blinds. Roberta Greene was very helpful. She also kept in close contact throughout and was polite and very professional. The installer was excellent - punctual and polite. He helped me in the choice of color, with the result that the blinds matched the tint of my walls perfectly. I think that Yocum is a very honest business with employees who do their very best to satisfy the customer. The only inconvenience was the trip from Sellersville, PA to West Chester to look at the options available. I am glad that I worked with them regardless, and I would recommend this business without reservation.

Description of Work: Shanti-la window treatments installed in my family room. Roberta was extremely helpful with offering suggestions that reflect the purpose of the space. I am not a home decorater so it was imperative for me to explore the possibilities with an expert in this area.

The installer was great and efficient when he measured the windows for the plantation shutters. The installer and his son installed the product in no time. I would definately use the company again.

Description of Work: I worked with the West Chester office - I'm not sure how long ago, probably in 2011 - they were great in helping me select the blinds I needed for each room, installation was conveniently scheduled and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: 7/25 - I ordered the Big Deal 7/26 - I received an email from Roberta that they will call me shortly. 7/26 - I replied with the best phone number for her to call. 7/30 - I emailed and asked when she would be able to call (no reply). 8/12 - I called Frank Yocum and he said Roberta would call me. Roberta called later that day, got basic info from me, said she'd call back with general estimates. She called back and we discussed scheduling a time when someone could come out to take measurements and review options. She said she'd call me back. That was over a week ago. 8/20 - After waiting a week with no call to schedule an appointment, I'm requesting a refund. This is the second time that over a week has gone by with no contact when she said she'd call.

Description of Work: Went easilt. Spoke to provider couldn't provide serve, called Angies list and the Big Deals person e-mailed the refund form which I'm filling out right now;So smoothly.

Description of Work: The provider was very nice and very responsive. The deal looked great, but he is two hours from my home, so it made no sense to have him come measure then come back to hang two blinds. He said he tried to keep the deal in a 20 mile radius. I wish Angies list was a bit more clear on which offers apply to my area. When I was phone just now with Angies list employee, he was very nice but said that the service providers are to blame for offers that do not apply to my area. Now Angie, we know we don't like it when people whose services we subscribe to pass the buck. I am YOUR customer Angie, so please try to zero in on rural areas a bit better. Overall your service is good. This is one area that needs improvement.
