Description of Work: A home inspection was completed by this company and the service provided was excellent. The inspector was on time and the inspection completed as described. A complete home inspection report was completed and provided immediately after the inspection was completed with detail description and photos of areas of concerns. I would definitely use this company again for future services.

Description of Work: Used Reliable for Home Inspection, Radon, and Termite inspection. Francis was the inspector and he was very professional and talked me through everything he was inspecting. Report was emailed almost immediately after the inspection. Very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: Reliable Home Inspection Service provided a home inspection on a property that I am in the process of purchasing. The inspector arrived at the site on time. He was very thorough with his inspection and was responsive to any questions that I had. An emailed detailed report was furnished at the conclusion of the inspection listing the defects that he found along with photographs that documented these defects. I was very satisfied with their home inspection service
