Description of Work: We contracted Phyllis's service to clean our home twice a month. It has been two months since they started and my wife and I are pleased. They arrive on time usually 15 minutes before scheduled time. They perform a thorough cleaning, are friendly but professional workers. Phyllis, the owner, leads a team of 3 or 4 into the house. I have had no cleaning issues since they began.

Description of Work: VERY quick to call me back and set things up. They brought a good crew for an in-depth cleaning of an empty house I'm selling. Description of Work: They cleaned my empty row home so that I could leave it tidy for the new owners when I sold it. They came on a moment's notice and worked on a Sunday, for which I was grateful. My kitchen and bathroom were scrubbed well, and their dusting, etc. Left the home smelling clean.

Description of Work: Phyllis and her crew did a fantastic job. The amount charged included a full house cleaning, all windows (9 total) and the oven. They even got all of the dog hair tumbleweeds from behind my furniture. I will definitely be hiring them again in the future.

When I joined AL I thought that each and every review would be "gospel" about the service provider;however,I learned quickly that this is not always the truth. Don't gasp,please! This is about honesty and about what I have to say in a review which is about TRUTH so if there is a way to follow my reviews at AL ,provided that you are looking for the same services I have used, then take it to heart that what I have written is the TRUTH. With one person I engaged and paid a tidy sum to last year,I came to the realization that reviews can be truly deceiving and that one can't always go by those so called "great" reviews of a job well done,etc. Because I was disgusted after employing this person,I chose NOT to review the person in question. To go in and to say what I would dearly loved to have said would be simply a small c**** in all of those glorified statements page after page so I felt that it's up to the individual to make the "call" whether or not to engage someone here at AL. Not exactly what I felt upon first joining but what I had to learn. Now,on to Phyllis..........This young woman is truly a treasure! Quiet,reserved,a self starter,a true cleaner in her heart of hearts and I will most definitely treasure Phyllis as I look forward to many more "cleaning days" with her. I'd like to add that she would ask me if I'd like for her to do this or to do that and that initiative pleases me. Phyllis is the best cleaning person I've ever had!

 + -1 morePhyllis came for an hour. What she can accomplish in one hour is what I can do in four hours. She works at the speed of lightening! She was very efficient and courteous. I wish everyone could be like Phyllis.
Description of Work: I had a problem with a mouse and found droppings in my kitchen. Phyllis cleaned out under the kitchen sink where all the droppings were and took out everything in the pantry to clean up all the droppings.

Description of Work: Housecleaning, cleaning of windows, organizing many boxes and closets. Phyllis will basically do whatever you ask of her. She is like the Energizer Bunny, she literally does not stop working from the time she arrives until the time she leaves !! She brings one other person to help.
