Description of Work: Contact was made first by email then phone. Date was set. They were on time. Work was done. Guys were great. Work was compleated. Great job.

Description of Work: I needed an overgrown, weedy section of my yard cleaned out prior to a fence installation. The two workers arrived on time and immediately began pulling out vines and weed whacking. They worked straight through and cleaned up well afterwards. To me it was worth the money to have this typical kind of yard work done so quickly.

Description of Work: O.K. But they tried to tell me my property was larger and there would be an extra charge. They were wrong and settled for the advertised price.

Description of Work: Removed flowers and weeds from a bed in the back yard. They did a great job, were friendly and cleaned up before leaving. Only issue not professional was asking to smoke off the premises. It was unexpected and I did not like being put in that position. Two smoke breaks were taken(about 20 minutes total) and extra time was charged to us for payment to the company. That time could have been used for another spot of weeding.

Description of Work: The Big Deal stated that this lawn service included lawn core aeration and over seeding. The operator of the company said that Angie's list made a mistake, and the over seeding does not come with the $89.00 price. The owner also said that my lot was 0.5 acres, so it would cost $50.00 more! Since when is a 60' X 120' lot a half acre? I'm very disappointed in the whole process of most first Big Deal purchase.

Description of Work: Two workers arrived right on time and weeded, trimmed and planted new bushes after removing some dead items. , they worked the entire allotted time and answered any questions I had. They were so good that I arranged for KLS to do all my future yard work.

Description of Work: They did a great job trimming back our overgrown bushes and weeds and took away all of the clippings. The crew was very polite and thorough.
