I always had very clear communication with this company. They always responded to emails. Sometimes both the wife and husband would respond together. But they stopped responding when I asked them to halt mowing because I seeded. They mowed over my freshly planted seeds. I emailed them, they apologized, and I asked them to pause mowing again, because I was going to reseed. I got no reply and they came and mowed over the second seeding job I did, undoing work I did twice. They were upset I did my own work so they sabotaged it, then wouldn't apologize when I called after their second mess up. Go with professionals, not this company who does things emotionally and unethically.

Job was well done. This is not really a complaint, because it worked out well in the end. I was told that I had to be home to have the service performed. I was out but made sure to home in time. When I got home, it was already finished. So it seems that I didn’t need to be home after all.

The two folks working for Ken's were very efficient and detailed, cleaning up and removing a lot of old dead and decaying shrubs, and cleaning up a Large Holly bush that was in serious need of trimming. All in all, very efficient and effective

The grass cutting could have better; no edging along the sidewalk was done. Everything else was good.

Perfect. Ken was great to deal with multiple times and his knowledge was extraordinary. Highly recommend his company and I will definitely be using them again.

Ken was very frank, professional, and punctual. Explained what he could do [relocating bushes -- that might not "take" and seeding, etc.] and what might not be successful, etc. Our neighbor, who knows more about such things, and kept an eye out on the procedures, said he had done a very fine job. Very reasonably priced.

Confusion on Angie's List did not notify contractor that I had paid for his services.

It was hot and the work was difficult. These guys were unbelievable. They worked so hard, were polite and went beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend them for job you have.

Well, he couldn't help the ground was harder than a rock... but he paid attention to the areas I told him were most critical to me. He always does a great job, I've used him for this several times now. I will be using him again. :)

I've used Ken's Lawn service before and was not disappointed so I naturally hired them again and I was still pleased with their service.

Professional, On time, Work completed

Not well. Service was poor. Company called but DID NOT VERIFY correct address. Should have and verified correct address before doing job. Service rep WAS NOT HELPFUL IN RESOLVING ISSUE. She said it was out of her hand and could not do anything to rectify problem. SORRY does not go very well or very far. Will consider others before going with this company again
