With over 25 years of experience in providing commercial and residential services we can help you create and maintain your home or business grounds! We provide a broad range of services and are family owned and operated. Our customer service cannot be duplicated and no job or customer is too small. We do it all: from weeding to snow plowing to planting and mowing with fast response times and convenient monthly billing. Description of Work: The two lawn professionals that worked on our lawn exceeded our expectations. They were informative, thorough, kind, hardworking. They also went above and beyond our needs. They trimmed our bushes, took out 2-3 large damaged bushes, cleaned leaves, and of course, left it all impeccably clean. Great job!

Description of Work: The plan was to remove and transplant two yew bushes but the two workers managed to do only one and left half excavated hole for the 2nd bush in the allotted time. The way this deal set up doesn't work for the home owner as it would have been better if the work is priced for the task not by hour.

You could have held them to complete the work. If it was priced by the task, then it probably would have cost as much if not more. It isn't fair to try and do 3 hours of work in two hours and then complain it wasn't done. I am sure you saw the guys working the entire time. This is a very unfair comment when you too low of a budget for a project you want done while we worked the entire time we were there.

Let's see. D in responsiveness, but it was ordered in late March and the work was scheduled togethin in early April. Why is responsiveness a D? Also, she ordered extensive extra work and we had 7 hours of service plus we took debris and dumped it. We billed in April and didn't get paid until July, after multiple invoices and phone calls. Not acceptable at all and not a customer we would return to, if asked..

Not sure why so low a rating because you didn't post anything. This work was done nearly a year ago (April of 2013). You ordered time off of Angies List and then kept our guys way over time and we hauled debris. Maybe you didn't like the subsequent bill for the added work as we had to bill you twice to collect. Anyways, sorry you were disappointed but I don't know why you were disappointed.
