The team arrived on time and took guidance on where to concentrate their efforts.

It was satisfactory. Service provider called and let know the deal is valid for limited work radius. Requested to cancel it, as it will charge more for travel.

Scheduled quickly and performed the seeding and aeration as scheduled and did an excellent job. Person that performed the service was friendly, polite and conscientious. Most certainly would contact this provider again if we need anything else. Providers like him is what I hope for-show up as scheduled and do a great job for a fair price.

They were on time and did a good job. They were courteous and seeded the lawn with the seed that we had on hand at no extra charge. The lawn is coming in nicely.

They were great and very responsive. They called and set up an appointment the very next day and came out to do the work. They did a very thorough job and I was very pleased.

When Ken arrived, the grass had grown too long to do the core aeration, so he mowed the entire lawn before continuing. It is too soon to tell how effective the reseeding was in an area that had been completely devoid of grass. I have been watering it. The jobs were done efficiently, and I can recommend Ken with enthusiasm.

I was very pleased with the service the workers were polite,efficient and most diligent in handling the job. We started out a little later than planned but they called and were at my place within 20 mins of the original scheduled time. It was worth the wait. I do recommend their services and I intend to continue to use them for all my yard and lawn services.

I absolutely loved these guys. They showed up on time and got right to work. They made my yard *so* much better. They even took the time to put on display a little cement rabbit they found hidden in the weeds. Really nice. Will be using them again.

They kept me informed the whole way through the process. When it looked like the work would take longer I had the option of keeping them or telling them to finish at four hours. Everything went really well. quality was excellent.

The gentlemen removing the stumps from the bushes did a great job. He also trimmed another big bush in the front o my property. The other smaller bushes were trimmed and although I asked for some to be trimmed more, it was done without hesitation. For me it was worth the money for the time.

Everything went great, very responsive. I received many emails from this company prior to the work. I would definitely use them again. They were quick and left the beds very clean and neat for our replanting.

There was an additional $50.00 charge for zip codes more than 20 miles from 19809. Our zip code (19709) was close to 20 miles or slightly out of that range. Ken communicated the situation and we both agreed to cancel the deal. Communications with Ken were very good.

That went very well. They came out a couple weeks after I purchased the deal. They ran a little late but they called me and said they were running late with a previous job and they showed up when they said they would. They put their prime in and I was satisfied with what they did. I just paid the price of the deal. I think they delivered on their commitments and their promises. They at least had the courtesy to let me know they would be late and I think they worked pretty hard and they did as much as they could within that 2 hour frame and I would probably have them out in the fall to finish the work and do some additional work.

I bought the 4 hour big deal - they went 20 minutes over, so I paid an additional ~$35. I had been told of this possibility in advance so it wasn't a surprise. They scheduled promptly, worked around my schedule, showed up as promised, and got an AMAZING amount done in the allotted time. They were pleasant, courteous, and I was extremely impressed!

The men who came were very pleasant and not only worked hard, but were concerned about my customer satisfaction. Could not be more pleased! Just what I needed. Highly recommend.

The garden had not been weeded for the past 2 months- from mid June to mid August- prime growing time!! Ken's Lawn and Property Service sent 2 men for 2 hours as we had agreed. They pulled 5 large trash bags filled with weeds!! After they finished weeding the large garden, they came to ask what I would like done for the remaining 25 minutes! They weeded, weed wacked and trimmed our front gardens and walkway in that time! I will call them again for lawn and garden assistance!

In response to to service provider response. Left 3-4 voice messages also to call me back with the phone number ,development and other things which he was talking about. Horrible professionalism

I purchased a big deal from them but we were not able to schedule a time to get the work done.

I got a call immediately, with follow up. We booked an appointment about six days out. The people came right on time, had a great attitude, and did the work very well.

I took advantage of the "Daily Deals" that are emailed to us for $169 for 4 man hours of work (2 men-2 hours). I was contacted quickly & described what I needed done (removal of a rather large pile or two of tree limbs that I had collected over 3 years). Ken's was very accommodating with the scheduling, allowing me to pick a Saturday. After a Google maps mishap (easily corrected), they arrived & immediately set to work. They accomplished more than I expected, and after an hour & a half were finished. They then proceeded to tell me that I had another 1/2 hour, & was there anything else that they could do! They cut a few more limbs down and removed them as well, and my property is finally beginning to look inhabitable...! VERY impressive and professional. A great experience all in all.

They arrived a little late but it was raining so I have to give them credit for that.Instead of 2 they came with 3 people. They did everything I asked but unfortunately I did not have enough work to fill up the entire 2 hours. Maybe if there were only 2 people it would have taken 2 hours. They made sure I was happy with the work, and cleaned everything up and you would have never known they were there. Great service and I would use them again.
