With over 25 years of experience in providing commercial and residential services we can help you create and maintain your home or business grounds! We provide a broad range of services and are family owned and operated. Our customer service cannot be duplicated and no job or customer is too small. We do it all: from weeding to snow plowing to planting and mowing with fast response times and convenient monthly billing. Overall the service was good. The guys were nice.
If there was a "maybe" option for the "Would you use this provider in the future?" question I would have selected that.
I had three large bushes I wanted trimmed which they did by hand--why didn't they use the hedge trimmer? That would have gone much faster and I had plenty of other stuff they could have done. They packed up to go and then realized they still had 25 minutes on the clock. They came back but it seems like not a lot more got done after that. I think the one guy felt bad about that so he trimmed my front bushes but I wish he would have asked me because I had another bush out back that I would rather have had done (or at least started) and he also banged into the front windows with the trimmer. I went back after they left and trimmed down all the bushes they did even more. I told them to concentrate on the cutting and I would do the pick up--of course this left a lot for me to pick up and it will probably take a week to get it cleaned up. Not their fault--but I guess I just felt for two guys and two hours I could have gotten more done.

While our guys may have confused the time initially, according to our GPS monitor we were there for 2.5 hours total on site, so we did not bill you for the overtime because of our error. Often one can misjudge the time it takes to do something, but I am sure our guys worked the entire time. As to the manual trimming, that is sometimes done depending on the nature of the bush and the degree of trimming required. Hopefully you will try us again sometime and thanks for this opportunity."

It went very well.The shrubs look great ,they followed directions perfectly and were very nice.I would not hesitate to use them on my next landscape project.

It went great. The men were very professional. They introduced themselves, asked what I needed and got down to work. They went out of their way to make sure that what they did was as I wanted, which it was. I was very pleased with their work - my yard looks great. Additionally, they were very knowledgeable about the vegetation in my yard and the reasons for some of the problems I was having. I plan to arrange for them to come again for other things that need to be done.

The first time they came I had bought an Angie coupon for 4 hours. They were able to put a good dent in the work I wanted done in that time frame. I needed to have them back for another 4 hours to complete the work. They even came on a Sunday for the second service. Actually it was on Mother's Day.

"Not sure why there is an issue here. This work was done 3 months ago and our guys don't leave unless they think they are finished. You were there when the work was done and they did what was requested by you. If you had more work you should have siad so. Our guys NEVER leave a job unless they have finished what they were told. Why didn't you call three months ago?"

Paul and Chuck worked most of the day. I was particularly pleased that:
- they cleaned up yard waste (better than my expectations) before starting with the mulch
- they were easy on the existing plants.....there was no damage to any existing flowers or shrubs
- they edged the driveway with stone that I had on hand as an extra
- they dug out paving stones that were buried and re-installed them to make a great looking path.
They were careful to note the time of their breaks and provided an accurate accounting of their time.
I will use them again and highly recommend them.

"Don't you like reviews where no one tells you why they give a low rating. This is one. We did a core aeration for him two months ago., No problem when we did it. No calls to us about it? I have no idea what his problem or what this complaint is about. We showed up when we said we would, did the aeration and left. So what's the problem?"

From beginning to end , a wonderful experience. Ken called me right away. Responded to my questions ( I sent him a few emails before the job) professional, kindly. I was nervous hiring someone because of past bad experiences with people hired privately. (before Angies list) Paul and Chuck were wonderful to work with. They arrived on time, they were professional, respectful, clean, kind,listened to what I wanted to do. They were knowledgeable. I was weeding a little garden (3x3)on my own while they worked and they both came over and helped me finish even though they were done. After they were done the priority work and it was a little before 2 hours, Paul gave me the option of continuing or scheduling the less pressing work to another time. I chose to schedule the rest in the future due to financial reason and wanted time to think through the next step. I appreciated him doing that. I also was impressed with Chuck who kept working after a near by nest of lawn bees got disturbed and started buzzing around him ( and maybe even stinging him)! I will definitely recommend you and hire them again!

It went very well! The owner was in communication with me the entire time concerning weather and when they will be available to come out and perform the work. The gentlemen who completed the work at my house were on time and really great to work with. They consulted us about every step of the way and were super considerate. Even when one the plants was damaged it wasn't an issue. We decided to see if it would grow back this spring and if it didn't the owner offered to replace and replant the new plant.

Bought a deal for 4 hours of landscaping. Initial contact was smooth, scheduling was easy, and they were on time. Was hoping they would get through more of the beds, but what they did get to looked great afterwards. Only issue was that afterwards, we received a bill for "extra" time the men put in. No extra time was requested, and the workers were seen smoking and taking a break at one point during the 2 hours, so we contacted the manager and let him know and he got rid of the extra charge.

"Our guys were reprimanded for smoking on your property and not recording the break on their work sheet. That part isn't acceptable. I am glad you were generally happy with the work...however. Our guys are very good, as I guess you saw as well, but I don't like them smoking on a customers property, especially if the time off isn't noted. I hope you will call on us again."
