 + -1 moreThey were relatively ok. They were here several times. The first two that came did an excellent clean up job, the other two people that came out did not do what I wanted them to do. I wanted them to clear out the weeds, and what they did was clean out a small area of everything leaf. My husband and I both spoke to them about what we wanted. It is not every time, some of the times it has been very good.

I appreciated the call. I gave an A because he called me instead of ignoring my request. So many ignoring the request or no shows.

 + 1 moreOverall the job got done, but the billing is totally incorrect. I paid the $189.00 special. I only requested 1 extra hour and to pay for debri removal. Instead I received a bill for $345.00. They included a third man, when the contract written 2 men. An incident took place, place but that's another story.

Everything is trimmed perfectly and we are extremely happy with the work performed. We have had Ken's do work here before and will definitely be calling on him again when we need additional work completed.

They even hauled away the yard waste for free. I have another project I want them to come back and do. When I initially reached out to schedule, Ken contacted me right away. Overall dealing with Ken's Lawn & Property was a great experience they were very professional.

 + 1 moreWould recommend them to anyone who needs work done. They are knowledgable, and if they don't know what a plant is, they ask and make note for themselves.
Description of Work: Had several flowers gardens that because of all the rain, had become very overgrown with weeds. I just couldn't keep up with it by myself. And many people walk by my gardens. The two gentlemen who did the work, weeding then putting down the mulch and planting the new plants (10) I would definitely use them again. They helped fix my rose garden, by putting up a trellis to hold one of the bushes...and in the 2 weeks since, my new rose bush (planted by them) has bloomed and all the yellow roses are reaching for the sun & sky.

 + -1 moreAwesome. We had extra time for them to complete the job so we paid an extra $140. The price is very good. Their professionalism is very good. It took 3 to 4 hours. 4 workers came out to complete the job. The workers were great, they were really good. I think they should work on the book keeping, and the PayPal. I don't think they knew how to apply the payment.
