Was very easy to schedule, spoke to Ken over Angie's List and he worked out a time for his guys to come out. They did a great job, took care of the lawn cutting and some weed whacking. Will definitely use them again, probably for a larger job like leaf removal or a bit of landscaping next time.

He said if I want him to do the landscaping work, I will have to pay him $50 more. Nowhere did it say that they don't service my area, they told me I'm too far away.

They showed up early and completed all the work very quickly. I am happy with the work done.

It was good- the owner called me almost within the hour of purchase. The men came on time, were polite and knowledgeable and removed a holly bush I didn't want. I checked in about half way through and was astonished with their progress- it would've taken me all day since I'm not good at using the weed whacker.

They were going to add on several other services making the cost well over $300-$400. We had used them in the past and we were hoping to get a better deal. I have since cancelled the Big Deal and asked for a refund.

.The two man crew showed up on time, even a little early, and were very polite, patient to listen and ready to work. I walked around the house and pointed out everything that I wanted done, item by item and gave them my priorities so that if the time on the coupon ran out, what was most important to me would be done. They listened and did a great job. Ken was a pleasure to work with and was very communicative about scheduling. I would definitely use Ken's Lawn Service again when needed and recommend them to anyone.

Two guys came to do the work, but one of them sat in the truck and talked on the phone for a long time, which I mentioned to the other worker. The actual work was very good, and they completed what I wanted done. I just did not appreciate the employee on extended phone calls when I was paying for service.

Two workers, very hard working and helpful. Cleaned out weeds that were totally out of control. Bagged all debris. Gave good advice on what to do next. Worked an extra hour . Would use this company again.

I use Ken's for regular mowing and maintenance service at my house. Had some additional non-routine work that I wanted done including some minor tree pruning. Called in to schedule the work and Ken's father (who takes care of the administrative office) recommended I buy the "4 hours of landscape services Special Deal" on Angie's List as it would cost less than they're regular hourly rate. I went ahead and did the special deal, and had enough time in the four hours to have them do a few extra things I wasn't originally planning on. Have been happy with Ken's services and appreciated the recommendation to the special deal to save me some money. They didn't have to do that, I never would have known the difference had they just done the regular hourly rate and charged me more. Doing so was especially great customer service on their part in my opinion.

They did a great job and Ken works hard to try and fit everything in with your schedule. I would use them again for sure.

I was away on the dayte we selected for the service, but Ken arrived on the scheduled date and comleted the jojb in a very satisfactory manner.

Service provider claimed he didn't work on properties larger than 1 acre. Apparently he only does small jobs, which seems crazy to me. Told me to request a refund.

Provider clearly and thoroughly explained options on the phone. I was pleased with how quickly they were able to schedule the work and everything was done right on time. It was not necessary for me to be present when the work was done, which was a huge plus.

Ken answered my request for service promptly. set up date and verified the services requested. Ken was both professional and personal. called two days prior to original appointment due to change in weather and wanted to come a day early. for me it was not a problem and i appreciated the call. Service was between 9am and 1pm. workers arrived around 10am verified the service request prior to conducting the work. completed the work promptly and with no issues. I would have them again and recommend them to all.

The guys arrived on time, and were very professional and friendly. The inquired exactly what work needed to be done, and worked hard to complete. I would use them again in the future.

2 men came to do the work, one in front and one in back. they were efficient and professional. arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner.

Total time working 1.5 hours. I paid for 4 hours at $189. Paul and Dave were right on time. They were hard working and did everything I asked. I didn't contract for them to take away the debris but appreciated their putting it in the truck and taking it away. I noticed both men with their heads in the truck in my driveway on two separate occasions. When I walked toward the truck I saw them both smoking, a total of two breaks. I didn't mind but agree with another reviewer who said it would be polite for them to have asked permission to smoke on the premises. Ken is the business owner, whose response to that other review was that legally he cannot stop his workers from taking smoke breaks. That may be Ken but you do have a responsibility for your team. A day after this service I reviewed the promotion and realized I made a miscalculation as the amount of work I asked them to do only took them 1.5 hours and I contracted for 4 hours. I called Ken to see if a reimbursement could be made for the additional time. Ken's GPS tracked his two men at 1.5 hours each which comes out to 3 hours worth of work. He also brought it to my attention his workers took away the debris which they didn't need to do. This I agree with since I hadn't contracted for that service but since the men loaded the debris into the truck without asking I appreciated the effort. My fault...I didn't remember I paid for and should have set aside 4 hours worth of work before the men came out. I do have to note I appreciated the work Dave and Paul did. Since Springfield, Delaware County was too far for them to come out for 30 minutes Ken's solution was to credit me 30 minutes of work if I contract for more time. Ken can keep 30 minutes worth of work at $23.63. I'll deal with those other landscapers in this area and Ken's Lawn and Property Service Inc., is on my list of naughty providers.

All went very well...they finished the job quickly and did not additional needed cleanup that made the front yard beautiful again.
