Provider arrived on time and completed the job without any problems. They even avoided our in-ground dog fence!

When I called to schedule the lawn care I purchased I was told he didn't service my area so that I should try to get a refund ....which was NOT given. What an inconvenience and a rip off.

I told him I wouldn't be home and he came without me being there. I did order other services which was an extra cost. They cleaned up well.

Ken responded within 24 hours. To my embarrassment and surprise he was able to see where work was needed by on-line satellite picture. This helped him give me an accurate estimate. Very pleasant. Made quite an effort to work around my work schedule. After I told him that i was willing to take off work to have the job done, he somhow rearranged the schedule so that I did not have to miss work Two workers were sent. they were pleasant, quiet, gentlemanly and easy to have around. (This was important to me because there had been times in the past where I have had workers doing work and some were loud, blasting radio and sometimes vulgar language). These guys were perfect gentlemen and actually I BOOKED THEM A SECOND TIME.. Spring is around he corner and I look forward to them heling me reclaim my yard

It was fine and they came soon after I purchased the Big Deal. I paid more than the Big Deal price because they ended up staying a little longer to finish the job. They were on time, did what I expected them to do and cleaned up after themselves.

They did a great job. I was very pleased. They did some clean up work originally, but we were so please we have used them again since then.

The service went fine. Scheduling the actual service was okay. The weather interfered, but we were able to find a good time. They just did a really good job. I would recommend them to a neighbor or a friend looking for the same service. They showed up on time and I think they were there for two hours.

Great job with aeration. They were quick but thorough.

It was fine. They made it look the way I wanted it to look. They did enough work that I thought they covered what I was expecting from them. The house looked nice enough that I can turn it over to new people.

I used this provider last year for a lawn aeration and was totally satisfied. I called this provider again this year about one month ago for some additional grading and landscape work. As I said, the call was made about one month ago and I've haven't received any call back to do or quote me a price on the work. I have engaged another contractor who isn't on Angie's list and the work was completed within one week. I was totally satisfied with the non Angie's List provider and would not recommend Ken from Angie's List to anyone for any work. Thank you

They offered additional services if we wanted it. They did the work when we were not at home. Everything went smoothly and there were no problems. There were little palettes on the ground when we came back. Everything was exactly as stated. The price was good.

It went good. The guy that came was actually good. I needed my trees cut and they couldn’t do that. I needed the trees cut higher than maximum of 10 foot. I didn’t have any issues.

It turned out good. Two men showed up and did the fall cleanup service. They mowed the lawn and took away all the leaves and everything. They didn’t leave anything when they were finished. It was pretty easy. They were tough with the scheduling. It took like a month for them to get here.

This is the second time I used Ken's Lawn & Property Services. Again, they did great work, offered suggestions, cleaned up after they were done and left my front garden looking great.

There was some concern over the distance. In scheduling, we needed to negotiate additional funds for travel. Clean-up was very thorough.

I was very happy with Ken's Lawn Service. Ken contacted me very quickly upon completion of my Angie's List purchase and once we coordinated service dates, the job was completed. I will use Ken again as his reputation, using my experience, was beyond reproach. I'd recommend Ken to all of my neighbors and friends! Thanks Ken!

The work was done efficiently and thoroughly

It was perfect. There was a small cost for the disposal of the bushes. It was great. I would definitely recommend them. They did a great job.

Very flexible working with our schedule. Cleaned up and took away debris from a few years of neglect. Worked quickly and efficiently. Would definitely hire again!

Everything was done as promised. Both gentlemen were here for two hours and after the bushes were removed, they also trimmed back a hedge, and put brush in back yard.

Everything went very well. They cleaned off sidewalks and driveway of plugs. Took their time to do a good job. Very respectful two men.

Good overall. The only thing I'd suggest to improve is to charge by the area being worked on rather than the total lot size of the property. Most of my property is landscaping and woods, so the actual area wasn't much yet he charged extra.
