They did not do the two paths as specified. He only did half the job that I paid for and he says that Angie's List wrote the contract up wrong. He kept yelling at me and also called me names. He also kept using the F word. I would never use this provider again and I would certainly not recommend him. He went over and bothered my neighbor to evaluate his work. I think he could be dangerous and I strongly advise that no one use him.

The landscapers were efficient and professional. They explained every step and gave me professional advice. I would highly recommend them to friends & family.

Went very well overall. Friendly two man crew knew their business. Got entire job done right before rained, worked out nicely. Flower beds continue looking good, using Round-up with couple new growth spots per business owner's suggestion.

Great price on 2 hours with 2 landscapers. They did what they came to do. Didn't go above and beyond, but got the job done and the yard got a much needed clean up. I plan on using them again for core aeration and seeding, and with the good prices, I'll likely purchase another deal in the future.

The crew of 2 men arrived on time. They listened to my "to do" list for the yard cleanup and went to work. They were hard working and professional and asked questions when not sure if something should be removed. I was very pleased with the job they did. I definitely plan to use them again.

I didn?t know KLS did driveway resealing as well as the other things they do?I like what they did with my landscaping so I gave them a try?.They used the sealant used on airport runways which is 10 times better then the liquid tar most contractors spray down that looks like crap in a year and since they guy put it down with a squeegee it didn?t get all over my grass. I?m VERY satisfied, they used a BETTER sealer & KLS was CHEAPER then the guys that put tar down & are done in 20 minutes??It took the guy 2 hours but it was DONE RIGHT! It cost me $120 for my average size driveway??. Some may cost more & some may cost lees according to how big the driveway is & what kind of shape it?s in. I was on my tools for 35 years and was a boss for 10 years so I?m no stranger to maintenance & construction projects.

Purchased as on of Angie's deals. They called after the purchase was made, and set up a time to have the service performed that was better for me than what the deal limited me to. They came and started exactly when they said they would, and did exactly what they said they would do. They also cleaned up after themselves. I have to admit, this was one of the best deals that I ever got through Angie's List. I highly recommend these guys.

I called to schedule an estimate for landscaping services and the person I spoke with was exceptionally rude when he found out I had not purchased a big deal offer from Angie's List. He acted exasperated with me and told me they were too busy scheduling people who'd purchased deals and that he wouldn't even try to schedule a time to give me an estimate for several months. It's remarkable that business would be turned away in such a rude manner. Will never use this provider.

The provider did not call to reschedule an appointment even though he had our phone number. They were rude.

Workmen were on time and very professional. They were a pleasure.

He ended up making two trips. When he first aerated he missed parts of my property. I asked him to come back and redo those spots. He was very responsive and cooperative about coming back. He offered to seed the property on his second visit. I agreed. The net result was a beautiful green lawn the next spring. Nice guy. I plan to use him again this year.

They said they would do a criss-cross pattern but the two people that came out just followed each other. I’m not sure if I would use them again.

They did everything we asked them to do in a timely manner. Very happy.

Was not impressed by the quality of work. Had them plant some plants 3 out of the 4 died. Had them install solar lights around the walkway they broke 1 and didn't inform us about that

The service is great! Ken and his staff are very professional about their work. The quality of work has been consistently good over the past three months! Initially, I hired KLS using the spring deal for a lawn cleanup. The job was done so well, that we have retained this company as our landscaping service. The KLS team members are also "good people". And the price quoted is always the billing price. It is a pleasure to work with KLS to keep our lawn looking neat. I highly recommend them for large and small jobs.

Paul and Steve arrived at the approximate scheduled time. We pre-purchased 4 hours of yard work and storm clean-up (2 hours/ 2 men). We had them stay for an additional 2 hours. Debris had to be blown off of roof, branches removed, a tree pulled out, and patio, walkways, stone stairs and drive way cleaned. Their work was outstanding! We will be calling for another date to have Paul and Steve back.

I had bought four hours of service through Angie. I instructed them that I did not want it to do go over that so they did a good job over the period of that four hours. They could do nothing differently that I can think of. It was, like, $45 per hour and, in my opinion, that is a ridiculous price for people who are basically unskilled and untrained, but compared with the market the price was good.

They were just perfect very accommodating. The would do all the extra work for me that i didn't like doing myself and gave me a great price. I would HIGHLY recommend!

NEVER hire someone who charges by the hour if you are not going to be there observing what they are doing. When my husband came home at 4 pm, 7 hrs. later the two men had worked on a 8 by 12 piece of land in the far back of the yard. They also put the debris of the two big bushes my husband cut down in the truck. That's it!! I took pictures and was so upset because the rest of the yard was not touched!!! My husband called Ken to complain and Ken stated that we needed to direct the guys as to what to do. We said that we did. Ken also said that he did not like to do work for people who were not going to be home. However we told him that we were both working. We said that if he billed us we were going to give him a bad rating. We did not get a bill until the end of June which was marked PAST DUE in red and capitals. Then we received a phone call a day after we got our first bill. My husband called Ken and told him that we only just received the bill and how disappointed he was that he was charging us for a job that was never done. Ken did not seem to care and we paid the bill but will never use him again and hope that others will be very careful with this awful lawn service. We have put out warnings on Facebook and tell many other people the story about how we paid for a whole lot of nothing. We had to spend the next month in the yard every weekend cleaning up what should have been done by kens Lawn service.

Very customer service oriented. Did a great job of keeping me in the loop. Workers actually gave me a few tips for the big project.
