Showed up on time to take measurements for granite countertops. He was to email us the estimate within a couple of day. We have not heard from him since. If they are too busy even follow up I would not hire them.

They were attentive, listened to all the little things I said, they were good at responding, punctual, it was good quality work.

We were very pleased with the installation of our kitchen and wet bar subway tiles. Eloy is a true professional. He and his team were prompt to arrive and completed the entire job in one day. Should we have need for such work in the future we will again use their services and we would not hesitate to recommend them to friends & family.

Eloy and Oscar were excellent. They took extra precautions to ensure that my kitchen/house was kept clean during the work. I appreciated that they took the time to ensure the job was done right. The finished product looked spectacular. I am very happy that I went with ES Tile and would highly recommend them without reservations!

**Crew had to work in a very tight space, almost an impossible situation. Eloy quickly came up w/ a solution and executed the gameplan flawlessly. **Great crew-prompt, nice people, finished job at proposed time, did a good job cleaning up at end of each day. **No hidden costs...addressed any issues I had. **Would use them again and recommend without hesitation!

You can't ask for a better contractor. He is perfect. Price is reasonable, work ethics are great and two years after my project, I still can't find any flows in his work. That is remarkable. His entire team is great to work with, everything was executed per our agreement. I was not living at the property when work was done, even then each day they cleaned up before leaving.

I am very pleased with our new kitchen! Eloy and his team are professional and courteous. The costs and results were exactly what we had agreed upon. I will call on Eloy for any home improvements we plan in the future.

We had some specific requirements for the bathroom and realized that the minimalist/contemporary design that we wanted is not typical in this region. So we challenged Eloy and his team to work on a new project slightly different than their past, and they managed to accomplish the work in a highly professional manner. Eloy had been very patient with us by listening and providing feedback to our various ideas from the beginning. We appreciated him spending hours at the tile store with us selecting and matching different tiles that we envisioned for the bathroom. The project went smoothly despite some last minute change of design idea to lay the floor and shower tiles differently to accentuate the linear quality of the room. The change added to the time and effort required but Eloy and his team delivered the desired result nonetheless. We highly recommend ES Tile to anyone considering bathroom remodeling and related projects.

Returned my request for an estimate within a few days. Stuck to the estimate despite additional problems that came up. Quality was great.

I have no reason to believe this provider would not do a good job. It is just that I had recieved lower estimates and decided to go with someone else.

The job was a very difficult one, but Eloy and his team did a super job! They approached the job very calmly and professionally. They exceeded all my expectations! The two bathrooms were very old and dated. What they did was transform them into tiled masterpieces! I would recommend ES Tile for any home project. Eloy is very knowledgeable and he gave me a reasonable estimate and completed the job on time and with a great result. I was very happy with his crew, all of them cleaned up at the end of each day, covered all my bedrooms and hall and steps with drop cloths to catch the dust, and all in all were very professional and very good at what they do! I would definitely recommend Eloy and his team, and I will be using them for a future project!

This was the best experience in dealing with a contractor that I ever had. This being my first bathroom re-model, and spending this type of money, I wanted to make sure that I was going to get the results that I wanted. Here is a list of things that I really liked: - Eloy took my design and added creativity. - He showed up when he said he would. - His team was hard working - They worked long hours - They kept the house clean - He kept to the budget - He went over and beyond making sure I was happy - The quality of his craftsmanship was outstanding... every seam matches up - Great attention to detail - I have a bathroom that I am proud to show off... I'm so glad that we hired Mr. Sosa to do our kitchen. Our realtor arranged for us to meet with him in the kitchen of our soon-to-be new home where he gave us a fair, reasonable quote. I'm not a remodeler and don't know what styles or materials belong in a contemporary kitchen; Mr. Sosa offered us design advice on materials and fixtures to include (granite countertop, ceramic tile, stainless sink, etc...). He was able to start soon after we closed on the house and finished the work in less than 2 weeks. Other kitchen/bath contractors had told me that 2 weeks was their lead time alone on just ordering granite (and they also could not start for 2-3 weeks). We purchased the cabinets, tiles, and did the painting ourselves. His team consists of conscientious artists, not your regular tradesmen. Our tile floor is beautiful and the wall renovations(drywall) has taken a shape that exceeds my expectations; Mr. Sosa helped our vision for a new kitchen become a reality. We are most pleased with the very high quality of work, how well Mr. Sosa managed the project schedule, and of course - the price. We're looking in to having him come back for some bathroom work now that we've found a gem.

I knew it was not going to be easy to get someone out to do such a small job but we wanted someone professional since it was expensive decorative tile and in the entrance which would be seen prominently. I called Santos and he called back timely and scheduled a time to come look at it. Although it was not a time consuming job and probably not worth the time for him to come out, he said he would do it for $150 which I thought was very reasonable considering the set up and cutting time for this delicate tile. This was a Tuesday and he said he could come the following Monday. He arrived at 8am in the rain, set up his tile cutter, covered the floors and got to work. He was done in 3 hours and the tile looks fantastic.

We hired E&S tile largely on the basis of the stellar reviews on Angie's List. We needed an exceptionally well done job as all tiled floors had to be completely level and match up with exsting hardwoord floors because of a family member with mobility issues. The fact that the floors were already uneven made this a challenging job. The job required taking up several layers of linoleum and underlayment in the kitchen area as well as removal of hardwood in the front hall and dining area in order to acheive a level foundation. Parts of the floor had to be reinforced before the masonary backing board could be installed. We chose a gold porcelain tile with a marble effect that required artistic judgement in order to acheive the best effect. An additional part of the job was the replacement of sliding glass doors in the dining area with custom french doors which opened outward and to the left, center hinged, an unusual requirement. We ordered the door based on the size of the glass, rather than the frame, and it was about 6 inches too wide, requiring the removal of brickwork to install. This was a major change in the job description but Eloy was unfazed and did an exceptional job with the door. The finished frame, inside and out (door opens onto a screen porch) far exceeded my expectations . The drywall which needed to be patched was finished better than work i have had done by drywall specialists. All members of the crew were exceptionally friendly and polite. The proceedure that they follow in covering all edges of the work area as well as items of value such as our piano in an adjoining room far exceeded the dirt and dust generated by the job. Our kitchen was fully functional before they left, they even replaced the stove and sink. Quality corner molding was reinstalled, and we were surprised that they had matched our oak cabinets perfectly which had previously not had quarter round. They actually left everything, not just the door and floors, in better shape than before they started. Eloy even met us at the tile shop and helped us to pick out materials and grout, a proceedure which can be very confusing because of the infinite choices. We knew that we wanted a light gold color, but not much else. Eloy and his crew so far exceeded our expectations that we are already thinking of having them back to tile our screen porch, and we will be having them install a handicapped accessible bathroom when it becomes necessary. We keep looking at our magnificent floor and door and think how blessed we were to find E&S tile. They really are that good. As a cabinet maker's daughter, growing up among artisanal craftsmen, I am well aware that the job required more in both time and materials than originally expected. Eloy and his crew would not be satisfied with anything but an impeccable job. We would be honored to have one of our sons work with such a dedicated artisan.

We are very happy with how the job turned out. Eloy and all of his people were very professional and paid attention to detail. My wife remarked that they were the neatest painters she had ever seen. Eloy and company are on the "A" list for my next project.

Eloy Sosa is a professional from start to finish. His team went out of their way to keep my house clean during the remodeling process by covering the floor and furniture with plastic. Great tiling job at a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with the new bathroom. Eloy is very much in demand, so scheduling can take a while. Have recommended him to others and would definitely have him do work again.

Very prompt response to my request for an estimate. Eloy offered some suggestions, and followed through on my choice. He and his crew were polite and professional. Excellent work - I love my kitchen now. And the crew did the best clean-up I have ever seen! When I need work in his areas, I will employ him again.

All construction jobs cause dirt and disruption, but these guys worked hard to minimize inconvenience and kept a very clean work site. They worked hard to insure that we were happy with their work. Eloy made positive suggestions to our project and even modified a couple of things after they had been completed, not because they were done incorrectly, but because we wanted them done a little differently. I have to give a tip of the hat to the on site team leader Santos and his crew. They were all very pleasant and worked hard. The finished product is outstanding. The bathroom went from a 50's pink and blue bathroom to a modern, functional glass and tile bathroom that has improved our quality of life and made our home more enjoyable. We give Eloy and crew a major recommendation

We had a number of Angie's List companies that told us that either the job was too small, too far away, or just plain didn't call us back when we asked them for an estimate, but Eloi was prompt and professional in getting back to us and setting up an appointment to come by, check the job out and gave us a very reasonable estimate on the spot. When the time came for the work to be done, Eloi was running a little bit late but very courteously kept us informed as to when he would arrive. He arrived when he said he would and he and his assistant did very professional job of cutting the tile needed to get the old stove out. They were very careful to keep a vacuum running during all the cutting to keep dust and such to the bare minimum. When it turned out that the store that had delivered our new stove and install kit had not provided all the parts we expected, Eloi graciously went to get the needed parts himself and finished the work right on time and on budget. They did a superb cleanup job after finishing their work and were friendly and personable through the whole process. When the time comes for us have any future kitchen or bathroom work done on our house, we will definitely be giving Eloi a call again!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Eloy and his crew. Eloy is very calm and takes extra time to understand exactly what you are trying to achieve. We had five contractors provide opinions and estimates, but we went with Eloy because his price was better and his reviews were outstanding. Eloy is very easy to talk to and very responsive to questions that come up during the course of the work. Eloy's crew is very punctual, they arrived every day at 8:00AM and worked hard all day and even stayed late to make sure the job was done right and stayed on schedule. Eloy was onsite every day with his crew and made sure we were happy with any decisions that were being made as work progressed, such as recessed light placement, island placement, and outlet/switch placement. Eloy pays extra attention to detail and doesnt hesitate to redo things that dont look perfect to him. Eloy goes out of his way to make sure you are pleased with the end product and we couldnt be happier with our newly renovated kitchen and our decision to use Eloy and his crew.

He told me that there would not be enough room to add an island in my kitchen. When other contractors were out to my house they did not seem to have a problem with me adding the island in the kitchen. When telling him what I wanted he told me he new what I wanted. The way that he was talking made me feel like he did want to work hard. He said when they charge cheep that probably do bad work but if they charge high they do good work. The price he gave me I told him was not the right price. He was very nice, professional, and punctual when I met with him.

It didn't go overall. He never contacted me back. I told him of the urgency of the project nd he said he would email me the quote. We never heard back from him.
