They were on time, prepared the areas for the stages of the project, cleaned up each day and communicated any changes or recommendations.

Eloy offered excellent recommendations and exceeded our expectations. He personally inspected the work done and attended to every detail. It was a great experience and we will no doubt hire him again.

Eloy and his crew replaced drywall in my kitchen, dining room, and master bathroom to seal a shower enclosure. They were quick and courteous and did good work, and they also cleaned up afterwards, there was very minimal dust in the areas mentioned. He also charged a very affordable price compared to two other quotes I had received. My only piece of advice for the company would be to provide a written quote via email within 48 hours, as opposed to having to request one. Otherwise, great company and I would absolutely do business with them again.

Eloy and his team exceeded my expectations. They were on time, prep spaces for dust control and cleaned every before leaving. The level of workmanship was excellent. Eloy was very patient, knowledgeable and accommodating even before work began. No question was ever too silly. The whole crew are hard workers and very pleasant. I am extremely satisfied with my new bathroom. I would definitely recommend and use ES Tiles again in the future.

Eloy and his crew did a very professional job. They have great attention to detail. They are responsive and customer care oriented. They get the project done by staying with it until it is done. The end product is a masterpiece that you will be proud to show to your friends and family. You can also tell their dedication when problems arise and they will not stop until they are resolved. I will recommend them to others and will hire them again if needed.

There work is excellent. They did not disappoint me. The workers showed up on time. They were very kind, caring, knowledgeable and respectful to us and our property. They did not leave a mess. All the work they did passed inspection. I would highly recommend them. I look forward to working with them in the future for additional projects. Job well done my in-laws are pleased.

Es Tile Home Improvements renovated our master bathroom. We received a total of 4 quotes and selected Es Tile because they had exceptional reviews along with the best quote. Eloy and his crew were punctual, hardworking, respectful and professional. They kept and cleaned up the work area. We are very pleased with the end result and now own an amazing master bathroom. A second job is already lined up and we would definitely recommend them.

We were extremely pleased with the work that Eloy and his team did. We installed 24x24 porcelain tile and it was a lot of hard work but they went about it as true professionals and the end result was excellent. It looks great and other contractors have even complimented the flooring work. I would definitely hire them again.

We ended up using a different contractor. Although ES TILE prices was reasonable the contractor (ELOY) was unaware that he needed a permit to perform the job function. As a contractor you should know these things. As the construction crew pulled up to do the work, I received a phone call from the contractor stating he was unable to do the driveway because he did not know my area needed a permit ( even though he stated he performed jobs in my areas before and didn’t needed one..... mmmkay). He then asked me to called the city to try and talk to them in regards to the permit. Remember I’m not a contractor though. Once he learned about the process to obtain the permit he acted as though he did not have the time. He wasted my time. You should know these things. Period.

Everything went very well. Very professional and courteous service. They did great work in 100 degree weather! We are very pleased and won't hesitate to hire them again. Eloy Sosa told us the job would take 2 days and it did.

Eloy and his brother were amazing when it came to customer service and the professional job that they did. They wore masks the whole time and took off their shoes as requested. They were extremely polite, performed the work quickly, professionally and cleaned up after themselves. My wife and I love how the cabinets look now and the 5 star experience couldn't have been any better. I also want to thank their secretary Cristina who's a sweetheart and was very polite and helpful. The process took a long time because Eloy and his crew took great pains to make sure the veining in the tile, on the platform as well as the surround was all moving in the same direction. The result was perfect. They use a non skid plastic to protect the carpeting and vacuumed after cleanup. My carpet was cleaner after they left then before it was when they arrived.

Eloy and his crew were punctual, polite and professional. We were very pleased with the work and would definitely use them again or recommend them.

E.S. Tile installed a luxury vinyl plank floor and large tile backsplash in my kitchen. They also painted the kitchen. I was very concerned about my stainless appliances, cabinets and granite counter tops being damaged. Eloy took great care to make sure everything was done properly and nothing was damaged. The flooring is a great improvement and the tile backsplash is just beautiful and all for a very reasonable price. I am looking forward to working with Eloy on several other projects in the future.

I was quoted an extremely reasonable price for the work. The crew arrived when they said they would, called me after an examination and confirmed the same price they originally quoted, and completed the work quickly and professionally. They made the whole transaction very easy for me and I would definitely hire them again.

Eloy was quite the professional! He was excellent at troubleshooting the faulty bedframe, and successfully assembled it. I am totally rest assured I will be sleeping on a comfortable mattress, supported by a well-assembled platform bedframe! I greatly appreciate your work Elroy! This was our third experience with Eloy and as wonderful as the other two. It was a major and unique job. A wall had to be removed, bathroom expanded to include a fully handicapped accessible walk in shower. In addition to a beautiful tile job Eloy was creative in many ways. Floor had to be raised in one part and lowered in another so that we could have a lipless shower to accommodate my wife’s progressive condition. This addresses the current condition of not being able to raise her feet very much now and eventual wheelchair or walker access. Took the time to fully understandr and fit out grab bars to meet OUR needs. Work is excellent, guys are polite and immaculate......and the price extremely reasonable for the superior quality work and materials. All three jobs done in specified time. Simply can not recommend him enough. Would never have anyone else touch my bathrooms, floors, or kitchen!

Just outstanding. The price was fair and the work performed was great. T and S Tile are great to work with, we would recommend them to anyone, 5 stars from start to finish. Eloy and his team were very helpful on material selections, vanity/sink/counter-top, where to shop and what was recommended for our projects. In 2011, we first had T and S Tile completely remodel the existing master bathroom and make it wheelchair accessible. We were so pleased with their work, we have used them for every project over the last 7 years. We could not be more pleased!

Eloy is the consummate professional. Eloy works quickly, but meticulously; he does an excellent job and can address many problem situations. I have found Eloy trustworthy and reliable. His desire to do the best is apparent in anything he does. What I got was exactly what he promised: quality work, professionalism, and reliability. I will call on Eloy in the future for any home repair project.

He came to give an estimate for my job, but he seemed like he had a lot of work already and didn't really seem interested in my job. Although his office said they would follow up, I never heard from them again.

The required work was done over several month during 2017. Unfortunately, our experience with E.S. Tile was both frustrating and very upsetting. The major issues are as follows: - ES Tile prepared their written cost quote from detailed work lists, careful "to scale" floor plan drawing provided by the homeowner, and following detailed discussions regarding the high standards of craftsmanship expected. The owner, Eloy Sosa, offered a verbal estimate that our job would require 4-6 weeks. They started the job mid-June 2017, did massive demolition until the end of June, and then went on vacation. They did not return to actively work on our job for 75 days. This left me without access to some kitchen and powder room facilities for months. The project was not completed fully until the end of October 2017. - ES Tile elected to renew the kitchen flooring by not only removing the original floor covering, but also the sub-floor right down to the floor joists. As it turns out, the new sub floor, it's overlay, and the new floor covering were installed in such a way that the new floor is now uneven. The thickness of plywood supplied today is not as thick as the plywood supplied 50 years ago. This difference was apparently not considered when replacement material was used, causing a "hump" where new and old construction meet all along one wall. The overlay sheet, installed over the subfloor, was not finished to achieve an unbroken surface by "skim coating" joint areas and other imperfections, causing joints between the overlay sheets to telegraph through the new sheet floor covering. - ES Tile brought an outside electrical contractor (Mega Power Electric Inc.) to our jobsite to perform necessary electrical work. The work done by this contractor failed to meet both the Delaware Code and NEC requirements. The original electrical work accomplished on this site was left in a completely unsafe condition. Proper GFCI circuit breakers were not installed, code compliant receptacles were not used, poorly made ground connections were discovered, and the circuit breaker panel was left open and without its cover. Further, neither ES Tile nor Mega Power Electric arranged for a certified electrical inspector to visit this site in order to examine and approve the new electrical work as required by Delaware Regulations. ES Tile was given the opportunity to rectify the sub-standard electrical work, eventually commenting they could not find a provider willing to re-do another contractor's work. I had to hire and pay a truly qualified and licensed electrical contractor to rectify the electrical issues. Mr. Sosa did permit for the cost to be deducted from the final project payment. - ES Tile failed to oversee, inspect and approve off-site fabrication of quartz countertops and backsplash. The materials originally delivered had minor blemishes, off center fixture position, and poor fit-ups. They were unable to solve these problems. I eventually had to directly negotiate with both the manufacturer and the fabricator of the countertop to accomplish preferential resolution. I also had to design, fabricate, and install supports for certain sections of the countertops because ES Tile could not accommodate some aspects of the installation. Some of the countertops were not and are still not level despite remedial efforts. -They were asked on several occasions to provide both interim and final invoicing to satisfy good business practice, to document work done and to tally materials used. Such paperwork is important for insurance reasons, tax reasons and as evidence of responsible property preservation. At no time did ES Tile ever provide requested documents. -They promised to deliver both Product Literature and Product Warranty info so that future maintenance and/or warranty service could be accomplished with minimum effort. At best, only some of the information was ever obtained. Often I had to retrieve manuals and brochures from discarded product packaging. The foregoing were the major transgressions. There were many lessor problems, such as repeated breaks in work continuity that required me to create "punch-lists" of the next steps to smooth work restarts and avoid oversights when worker craft skills failed to meet the high standards promised. When I raised objections to the less than acceptable workmanship, I was often told that the work "met trade standards" or that I was "too fussy." Our experience does not even closely compare with expectations engendered by the ratings and reviews for ES Tile published on Angie's List.

He came over, measured, promised estimate, never heard from him again When I followed up with request in writing, still no estimate So you would be doing him a favor not to use him, as he is obviously way too busy

Perfectly!! Couldn’t be happier. Eloy’s team (Santos and Juan) transformed my master bath from a disaster zone to a beautiful work of art! They gutted my entire bath, installed a fully tiled walk-in shower, tile floors, fixtures, vanity, toilet, medicine cabinet and renovated my linen closet. Eloy and another crew replaced the flooring in my second floor bath and kitchen - they did a great job. I am so happy with the final product and am so glad I found ES Tile on Angie’s list. His crew was on time everyday, polite and pleasant, maintained a clean work area and cleaned up after themselves meticulously - just an overall positive experience for me. I would recommend this company for any renovation work - hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with.
