From beginning to end the experience was amazing. They completely gutted the old bath, then Eloy designed an upscale bath that transformed our old regular bath into a 5 star hotel spa space. We still can?t believe it is the same space. Eloy was patient and informative as he carefully and meticulously guided us through the process. He listened carefully to what we wanted, and then provided us with several great options. He is a phenomenal designer, suggesting wonderful high end touches that make the bathroom feel luxurious, all while staying on budget. Not only did they do great tile work, but he and his team created a lighting design, including a chandelier that dramatically redesigned the feel of the space. In addition his team was courteous, polite, extremely respectful of our house, and very neat. They cleaned up every day, protected all of the adjacent rooms, and protected our floors. He team was also extremely knowledgeable and they provided us professional guidance as well. We are so happy we are scheduling more work with him.

This has been an outstanding experience with ES Tile from getting the quote to getting the backsplash installed. Eloy come out and gave me the quote and explained what they would do and what could happen when cutting the glass tile. He was very informative and professional he definitely know his business. I had to call back and let him know when the tile would be in and ready for installation he returned my call and we set up a date and time for a Saturday Santos came in to do the installation he also was very courteous and professional and extremely knowledgable. He explained what he was going to do. He covered everything counter, sink, floor from the front entry door thru the kitchen, stove. He was very meticulous and everything has to be perfect for him, everything he did was thought out by him before he did it i was extremely impressed. He completed the installation and the glass pencils for the trim didn't come in so he was coming back to put those in when i received them he said he had to come back anyway to fix the grout he didn't like the way it was but wanted it to dry before he did anymore with it. Everything was cleaned up and the whole work area was left spotless. I received the glass pencils and called him on Friday to let him know i had them he said he would be out the next day to finish. He showed up exactly when he said he would, set up his equipment to cut the pencils and installed them then regrouted the entire backsplash. Everything was spotless when he left. This is a truly outstanding company to deal with very friendly ,knowledgable and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will have them do more work for me in the future. The job was done to our complete satisfaction in a timely manner. The crew were prompt, respectful and were very careful when removing the old tub etc. and carrying them downstairs to their truck. They disposed of all of the old appliances and they cleaned up every evening. I recommend Eloy and his crew for the quality of their work and fair pricing.

The $10,000.00 was for the labor, the heated floor material and all the installation. We had purchased the bathtub, toilet, the vanity, the shower, the shower heads & trim, faucets, mirror, medicine cabinet, exhaust fans, and light fixtures. They did not do the painting. The bathroom looks great! Make sure Eloy shows you photos of his other work. You will understand his pride, why he is in such demand and why he achieved the Angie?s List recognition.

Wow. It's about all I can say regarding the excellent service that Eloy and his team performed for us last week. In preparation for a home sale, we wanted to update our 2 upstairs bathrooms into the 21st century. We had done a complete renovation of the Master vanity room with new dual sinks and lighting. We also had our 2nd bath updated with new faucets and plumbing, a new toilet, and shower hardware. For each of the days that the team were here - they arrived promptly - and were 1 of the most professional groups of craftsmen I've personally ever dealt with. Everything was cleaned up prior to the team leaving for the day - and on the last day - we received a full walk-through of the work performed. In addition - the cost was 2nd to none. Very reasonable and fit perfectly into our budget. If you're looking for someone to help you in the greater Wilmington area - ES Tile is who you need to contact.

Eloy and team made my eyes smile when my bathroom was completed and I love it. His workers were courteous, punctual and cleaned up. Nothing needs to be touched up or redone and I'm thrilled with the new look. The punch list: - Remove all existing drywall down to the studs including ceiling and floor tile. Installed new green-board/drywall on walls and ceiling. - Spackle, prime and paint walls and ceiling, Installed new wood trim around door frame - Re-located shower drain and replace shower faucets - Constructed shower floor base foundation (wet bed) allowing proper water drainage, this included the shower pan liner, a waterproofing membrane used under a full mortar bed, - Installation of ceramic tile; Install ½? HardieBacker® 500 Cement Board on walls in preparation for tile installation in shower. - Install approx. 150 sq. ft. of wall tile including corner shelves and bullnose. - Install approx. 15 sq. ft. of pebble tile on shower floor and approx. 36 sq. ft. of tile on bathroom floor. - Electrical wires relocated for light fixture and ceiling vent installed as well as all fixtures. - Replace bathroom window. - Bench built in shower.

THEY WERE ON TIME EACH DAY AND WORKED ALL DAY. Had some small issues and the guys stuck with it they were great. Couldn't ask for a better crew. Yes I should know had a side business myself for five and a half years. If I would of had these guys my side business would still be going strong. Hire them you won't be disappointed.

On the morning of the job the crew showed up at 7:45 am as scheduled. Eloy was there by 8:00 am. He left shortly afterwards but his site foreman was very capable as well as meticulous. You could tell he was not hurrying through the job just to get done. Around 3:00 pm the foreman realized that we were going to be a few sheets short of tile to finish the job. I had to contact the supplier and they could not get the extra tile for a few days. So after I picked up the extra tile the foreman came back to finish the job. We had decided that we did not like the look of the tile around our kitchen window and wanted to have it changed to the subway style. He said that was fine and redid the part that was already done. When he was done everything looked good and he left. Shortly after he left I noticed one tile that had a crack in it and called the owner. He sent the foreman back again the same day and while he was replacing the damaged tile he saw a few more that I may have cracked when tightening the electrical receptacles. Evan though I did not realize I should not tighten them as much as a regular receptacle and I had caused the damage to the other tiles he stayed and replaced those tiles as well at no additional charge. While the job took longer than I expected, in the end the quality was evident and it looks great. If you are looking for quality workmanship at a very fair price I would highly recommend ES Tile.

They were great. They were very professional, did everything they said they were going to do without any delay, and cleaned up well after themselves.

Punctual, and showed up when they promised. Workmanship was great. We had to finish two doors, and he came back within days of contact to mount the doors and finish the job on our schedule. They are friendly, humble, and honest people....and we love that. Would have them again in a heartbeat to do the job. We asked a lot, and Eloy absolutely delivered. Hire this team.

It went great! Eloy spent--literally--hours with my wife and me in tile stores and in Lowe's helping us to pick out the tile and bathroom fixures and accoutrements. We relied on Eloy's help and advice in picking out colors that would match--tile, quartz vanity tops, paint, etc.--and he never complained and never failed us. We trusted him to pick out the tile for the shower floor, and his choice was perfect. I cannot emphasize enough how helpful Eloy was. His guidance was invaluable. I also want to mention that when Eloy and his crew discovered unforeseen problems, like the rotted or sagging plywood floors and the unsupported wall, they just took care of it without extra charge or any attempt to take a shortcut. And when my wife and I changed our minds or added minor features (e.g., adding a towel bar and then moving it after it had been installed), Eloy never complained or charged us extra. Because of all the unforeseen repairs that had to be done, and perhaps because of our exasperating (I imagine) changing of our minds, the job took almost twice as long as originally planned. There was no extra charge for this and no complaints from Eloy or his crew. They were unfailingly polite and helpful. The $24,000.00 was for the labor, the tile, and all buiding materials (plywood, drywall, baseboards, insulation, prehung doors, etc.). My wife and I purchased the tub, one toilet, the vanities and quartz tops, shower heads and trim, faucets, mirror, medicine cabinet, towel bars, grab bars, shower curtain rod, shower door, exhaust fans, and light fixtures. The total cost of the job was somewhere between $28,000 and $30,000. But the bathrooms look fantastic. I plan to have Eloy and his crew do other jobs for me in the future.

The entire job went very well. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. we have received many complements on the work

From the planning staqe, Eloy was very helpful in providing ideas for the new bathroom designs. We met a couple of times at a tile distributor to go over different tile options and laying out the designs. I was not able to oversee the actual work being done by Eloy and his team real time (because I work full time), but I would come home each day to find the progress. The house was always ceaned up very well. I also appreciate Eloy's nice gesture to go to Home Depot to pick up stuff that I was not able to buy on time (faucet, bathtub, ceiling lights and little things like vent convers). It really made everything easier for someone like myself who works full time and does not have spare time to run to Home Depot every time materials were missing. All in all, I am very satisfied with the service/result and if I were to do my kitchen renovation, I would ask Eloy to do it again.

Went very well. They were courteous, professional and clean. Couldn't ask for more. Covered the stairs with plastic and when they left you couldn't tell they had been here.. They respected the fact that we are basically DYI and were willing to do only the aspects of the project we didn't feel comfortable with.

ES Tile did a terrific job in all respects. Their work was done on time and with consistent attention to detail and to our specifications. Eloy Sosa and his team were always responsive to questions or requests and courteous at all times. They left the house spotless at the end of each day. They were always on time. Whenever unexpected problems would occur (as I'm sure always happens in large jobs of this size and nature), Eloy would discuss the options for solving the problem and moving forward, we would decided on a solution and he would move forward. Eloy was also very conscious of our on-going need for access to as much of the kitchen as possible and scheduled the work in a way that afforded us maximum usage during the entire project. And...we are extremely pleased with every aspect of completed project. I found ES Tile on Angie's List and have to admit the reviews seemed almost too good to be true...but our experience was just as good as all the other reviews indicated it would be. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others or to use them again for any remodeling project we have in the future.

E.S. Tile was prompt and professional. The work done was exceptional, the attention to detail impressive. They were in constant communication with me throughout the entirety of the project and made sure I was pleased throughout. They were extremely clean as well, and quite friendly. I would highly recommend ES Tile, and I do not offer this recommendation casually--I performed quite an extensive search to find the right contractor for the job, and ES Tile was and has been the best.

The entire job went better that I expected. I expected project delays due to the winter storms, but to my surprise they showed up anyway. We had difficulty finding a bathtub replacement because of obsolescence, but a viable and cheaper solution was found even for that. The guys are very good at what they do. They are professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves everyday. The price was also very competitive.

One thing is for sure I never had a problem with cleanliness, promptness or not showing up. All of the staff were respectful and extremely clean. They would clean up everyday after they were finished and make sure that other rooms in the house were protected from dust including the floors. The one thing that I would say needs improvement is that Eloy wasn't on the job site much at all and any problems or concerns would be brought up the day-of. There was no anticipation of an issue and how we could fix it ahead of time. Another thing is the tile work wasn't the best, the grouting work needs to be done over and my basket weave marble floor, some of the black squares are crooked. Another thing that I didn't like was my bathroom is white subway tile, sink is marble and polished nickel finish and the floor is a black and white basket weave. I purchased the sink from Pottery barn and when they put it in, the extra piece to connect the sink to the plumbing wall is Brass color. I was told from Eloys guys this came with the sink from Pottery barn. I called Pottery Barn and sent them pictures of the sink including the brass pipe and they said they do not provide extensions with the sink or the faucet and it wouldn't be Brass color. Overall, ES Tile does good work, they are always on-time and clean; however they do not have a good plan and for a homeowner looking for an expert to guide them, I felt like I had to do most of the planning and hope for the best. The bathroom does look ten times better than before and we have many more home improvement projects to do, but for the amount of money and time put in, I wouldn't use them again.

Eloy and his team did a great job. We would definitley use them again. The job was a master bath remodel (approx 150 sq ft). Work included demolition, plumbing, electrical, drywall, framing and tile. Very professional work.

The bathroom looks wonderful and I am extremely happy with it. Eloy and his team were very professional as well as helpful and accomodating. I would use them again.
