He provided a fair quote and performed quality tile work.

A tile had cracked over a year after Eloy redid our bathroom. This was no fault of his, I don't know how it happened. He sent his crew over the very next day after I called him to replace the tile. When asking him for the invoice he said there was no charge. His work is exceptional but more important he is honest and has a good work ethic.

He sent men out two days later to make the repair. They worked for almost two hours and did a fantastic job. Eloy insisted on not charging me for the work they did, and said it was part of their customer service. I wanted people to know their customer service extends well after the job has been completed. Thank you Eloy.

Eloy was very responsive and professional during the bidding process and execution of work. He worked with me to develop an accessible bathroom plan for my elderly father in a room that had no prior plumbing. The team was prompt, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves every day. Eloy helped us come up with a beautiful and functional design and my elderly father is very happy with his new space. He went out of his way to plan the layout, find fixtures, and guide selection of finishes that would insure safety. We were working with a tight deadline but Eloy and his team did everything they could to come in on time given the amount of work that needed to be done. It completed about a week later than planned but we are happy with the results. I would hire Eloy and his team again and highly recommend them for the value and quality.

I would consider calling again if needed. I don't think he was serious about the job. He kind of just threw a ballpark figure whee the others came out and measured and made models. I didn't end up hiring anyone and have been tackling the work myself.

Eloy was extremely courteous and professional. Eloy gave us a recommendation on where we could find tile which we used (and were extremely happy). His office staff (Cristina) was prompt on returning my calls and e-mails (quotes, scheduling, changes, etc.). The day of the work his crew was very respectful of the house by laying down protective plastic and tarps on the hardwood and kitchen floors as well as the quartz counter-tops. They performed the work in one day, coming back for minor detail work the second day. We asked for a slight change during the first day which they generously obliged. The finished work (kitchen back-splash) is beautiful and we love it! Thanks Eloy!

Excellent in every respect. Outstanding among all of the building professionals I have worked with over many years. Without any hesitation or conditions, I would recommend Eloy and ES Tile for further work. Their work was thoroughly professional, they were always timely and kept the work space as clean as possible. The price was reasonable, and they were always willing to explain and discuss options which might have altered the price and/or the timing of the work. They worked with us on some modifications to the original plan, and went out of their way to accommodate some specific requests we had for alternations to the plan and the timing of the work. Excellent in every respect.

This is the second time Eloy & Crew have done a masterful job for us. Eloy not only does wonderful work but his help in picking quality products and accessories, plus his guidance on ideas is fantastic. Workmen are polite, on time, clean up their mess and communicate regularly on progress. I would NEVER consider doing a floor, bath or kitchen and using anyone else. Several years ago ES Tile redid our kitchen and hallway floors and we feel it was the best floor job we have ever seen. I simply cannot recommend them enough!

Eloy was great and his team was professional. We were scrambling to get the job done quickly because we were expecting. Eloy and his team took extra care to make sure the house was void of dust by taping off sections and plugging vents. They accommodated my schedule and didn't leave until the job was complete. I have been a member of Angie?s List for over a year and never had the opportunity to employ one of their premium performer?s. After reviewing Angie?s List we decided to contact ES Tile based on their A ratings and member reviews. At this point we can?t say enough about ES Tile, more specifically Eloy. ES Tile was hired to complete a project from a contractor we had to fire, due to poor work. The work from the previous contractor had to be completely gutted. The ES Tile team managed to fit us in to their schedule to finish a project that was into the 3rd month. They showed up as promised and worked unrelenting each day. Their attention to detail and quality workmanship is nothing short of amazing. The entire team was friendly, courteous and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves each day, and insured the surrounding areas were partitioned off so as not to create a mess in other areas. We now love our beautiful Master Bathroom and wish to thank Eloy and his wonderful team for making a horrible situation great. We have already recommended ES Tile to several of our friends and relatives and would not hesitate to contact ES Tile for any future work.

I've never done an interior remodel before and wasn't sure what to expect. We spoke to multiple contractors, but Eloy Sosa gave us the most confidence that he'd do it right. We were not disappointed. In addition to making sure all the work was done professionally and on-schedule, he spent a lot of time with us on the design and tile choices. Scope of work: remove existing tub and tile surround, remove existing tile floor, and remove shower stall/tile surround. Install large, tiled shower where tub used to be, old shower converted to a linen closet and new tile floor installed. I'm adding some photos but they don't do it justice - these guys are very skilled.

Eloy is by far the best contractor I have worked with. He takes a lot of time working through design ideas with me, and makes himself available for any of my questions/concerns. His professional demeanor made the whole process a lot smoother. His entire crew are very polite and courteous. Before they leave everyday, they mop the floor, and never leave any mess behind. I have got price quote from a few other contractors I found on Angie's list. He is by far the one with the most reasonable price. I now have two gorgeous bathrooms which I absolutely love. You will not regret if you choose ES Tile.

I am going to remodel my bathroom myself. However, I hired ES to do the demolition. He came to give us a quote within a week of contacting him. Then showed up on the date promised and got the job done in 6 hours. I was amazed that just he and one other worker completed the demo in 6 hours. They never took a break. He is very professional and he does exactly what he tells you. Hire him with confidence!

Eloy knows his stuff! He is a craftsman and really knows about tile and bathrooms. I had a bit of damage behind the loose tiles i n my master shower, so the job ended up being a bit larger than originally thought but options were discussed and decided upon. His focus is on finding the right solution. The end result is a job done correctly and it is beautiful - he did not insist that I remodel my entire bathroom, as others had. Although the white tiles are 20 years old, you cannot tell the rows that were replaced and regrouted - it looks brand new. My glass enclosure was removed and then put back and resealed, as well. Eloy and his team worked until 8 pm just to finish the job and they cleaned up like they were never even here. I will recommend ES to all of my friends - it can be so hard to find honest. knowledgeable and dependable contractors sometimes, and I just did! Thanks, Eloy!

Everything took a little over a week. Eloy also helped us pick tile and purchase supplies prior to the start of work. They caught a problem with the existing drains that were always slow and fixed them, installed a better tub drain than the one that came with the tub, plus they caught and fixed a problem with the vanity sink. All of these were at no additional cost. They take pride in their work and want to maintain customer loyalty. They're clearly not out for a quick buck or willing to cut corners. They're also very flexible and accommodating. We're very happy with the results and would hire them again.

The provider had to execute a plan and he did so with precision and care. He came prepared and was able to install the dishwasher using existing connection. He was thorough and explained what he did. He cleaned up. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a plumbing job.

Excellent contractor. Eloy met with us initially to discuss the layout, he provided approximate costs at the first meeting and followed it up with formal quotes, which were in line with his original estimates. He made some very good suggestions in our plans, which were all implemented. He crew was very cordial and neat. They cleaned up every day and put down drop cloths, etc. to keep tracking down. Eloy would meet with us as needed to discuss the progress and ideas. Several of the items that we provided were delivered late or were spread out in delivery. Eloy worked with us on the delivery schedule and he needed to make several additional trips to complete the work, which he did with no issue. We love the work Eloy did and would hire him again.

The company was punctual and nice to work with. They gave a relatively high price during their quote, but they were upfront with their pricing and we needed to get the work completed. They prepped the area before getting started and made sure the area was clean after they were done. I would work with them again.

We are so thrilled with our two new bathrooms! We have been planning this work for over a year, yet after 3 attempts with others, could not get the work done. Finally, we consulted Angie's List and found E.S. Tile and Home Improvement. Looking at his website, we couldn't believe how sharp his work looked. We invited him over for an estimate. The owner, Eloy, came at the designated time (even early), and after describing and showing him the job, and the fact we had already bought most of the materials, gave us an immediate estimate and stated he could start the following week. He agreed to finish one bathroom at a time, and it would be about one week per room to complete. E.S. Tile also has the right professional contacts with suppliers, ensuring timely activity. Eloy even met with us at our tile supplier to assist with color and design choices, and purchased the tile and materials right there. Punctuality is key in their attitudes. True to his word, Eloy and his crew (consisting of family members and friends only) appeared on the designated day at the designated time, and began preparing for the work of gutting and re-finishing. They protected our flooring and were very respectful toward us and our belongings. They all were cheerful and positive in their duties at all times. Customer service and demanding standards are also keys for them. As an example, we received a bathtub that was chipped in a place where it would be seen. They volunteered to return it and get a new one, which they did that day! I didn't have to go through re-packaging, shipping, time delays or anything. In addition, we chose some rather complex glass doors for both rooms that we heard other contractors don't want to even touch. But with one look, they said "Oh, we've done these before, no problem". If there was a question, they always asked me instead of assuming. There were no mistakes this way. I can't believe we found a contractor this great. (It only took us a year to find!) They were here for exactly 2 weeks total and again, true to Eloy's word, they were done (cleanup included). The bathrooms themselves are spectacular. We think they look like something out of "Architectural Digest". Just beautiful. We are already planning on having E.S. Tile and Home Improvement remodel our kitchen and powder room in September, and there is still other work we want them to perform as well. I know you will be as pleased as we are with their service!

Eloy is easy to work with. I felt he was honest and at times gave me his professional advise that prevented me from making some renovation design mistakes. We met a couple times to examine the material and he was careful to make sure we don't pick poor quality material. Once the project started, his team was courteous and punctual, no problems there. They are experts at bathroom remodeling, I'm very happy with the result would recommend them to anyone looking to remodeling their bathroom. There was a slight hiccup during the installation of new tiles that cracked an existing tile in the laundry room but mistakes will always happen. Eloy has promised to return to fix the damage after his other large project completes. Satisfied customer and I will certainly use them again for any future remodeling projects.

Very responsive in terms of calling and organizing things. Gentleman came out to gave estimate, and we appreciated that he was deeply honest. He wouldn't give us an offer to do the floor in time because, as the sunroom was built, it would likely have problems. It's nice to know there are people who will be honest about the likely problems of a home improvement idea and turn down work to make sure that you are satisfied. If we were tiling something else that was more standard, we would definitely call them again.

Great service from the initial contact to the completion of the job. Excellent communication with thoughtful insight and know how concerning all of our needs. His entire crew demonstrated compete professionalism. They were attentive to details such as protecting floors and carpeting and cleaning up their workspace every day. What stands out most is the quality of their work. Really impressed with Eloy in the planning and design of the bathroom, and equally impressed by the crew's tile work and attention to details. Really clean lines throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
