Description of Work: "A Complete Master bath Remodel: |Eloy and his team were top notch! From the very first meeting with him, I felt very confident about his knowledge and capability. His team was very respectful of our home and took great care to protect our belongings from debris and damage. The workmanship was beyond what we hoped for and they didn't just do the job, they looked ahead for potential issues, brought those to our attention and adjusted to bring a better more functional and/or aesthetically pleasing result. Description of Work: My complete master bath was gutted. Eloy and his crew were true professionals. Eloy himself was very knowledgable and guided me thru the process. He advised me on fixtures and tiles that would work best for my bathroom. He was most concern with sticking to my budget. His crew was very hardworking and took pride in what they did. They showed up everyday on time and left my house spotless each night. They were not only courteous but trustworthy as well. In summary, they were a pleasure to have in my home and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Removed perform flooring throughout condo, installed new wood floor and baseboard. It. Looks. WONDERFUL! I am so happy I just want to lay on the floor and rub it. Eloy is GREAT. I've asked him to do our kitchen next. Thank goodness he said yes.

Description of Work: Removed old tub surround, bathtub, flooring and toilet. Installed new bathtub and new toilet. Tiled walls around tub and floor. Removed damaged ceiling in dining room below bathroom. Replaced damaged ceiling with new drywall; matched ceiling texture. Above price does not include cost of plumbing fixtures which I purchased separately.

Description of Work: removal of old bathroom fittings, enlarging bathroom and installing of new drywall, tile, plumbing, fittings, electrical wiring and fittings, and painting. The price reflects the cost of labor, and building materials. We sourced and supplied tile, cabinets, lighting, granite vanity top, faucets, lights, glass shower surround and paint, at an additional cost of approx. $11,000.

Description of Work: Installed approx. 13 sheets of 4' x 8' drywall. Removed door casing trim on two doors and re-installed after drywall had been installed. Repaired several maintenance access holes in basement ceiling and installed 1 plastic Access Panel. Spackled and Sanded new drywall.

Description of Work: Eloy and his crew totally gutted our main bathroom down to the studs. New drywall was installed and also a pocket door. They also installed toilet,tub,vanity, linen cabinet, sinks, fixtures and a pocket door. The entire shower/tub area and floor were tiled as well. We provided the materials and ES Tile provided the labor, but if I had it to do over, I would have had them provide the materials as well. We were scrambling at the last minute for things we forgot (not Eloy's fault). After everything was installed, they also painted all walls and woodwork. Eloy even took our old mirror, had it cut and made an oak frame stained to match our vanity. It turned out beautiful.

Description of Work: After a wet spot in our ceiling, another Angie's List provider (also great!) came out to see what it was all about, and that required cutting a hole in the ceiling. Fortunately, it wasn't anything major, but we did have to get the hole repaired.

Description of Work: My mom suffered heart failure and we needed a handicapped shower on the first floor (concrete) that is flexible for the future health issues. Our laundry room had very limited space and we needed a big shower. The concrete needed to dug out to install two drains--one for shower and another for stacked washer/dryer. Other components: change electrical locations, new lighting locations, updated existing powder room--new pedestal sink , tile floor and shower, safety bars...etc

Description of Work: We had two small bathrooms refitted with tile. The old, builder grade/quality showers, vanities and tubs were quite old and unatractive from years of use. They were originally installed around 1984. Eloy came in and was very helpful in helping us keep things at a managable cost, providing lists of locations where we could pick up and pick out tile, grout, the tubs, doors, fixtures, etc. He also provided a detailed list of what was needed for job in order to help keeps costs down. What was done. The guest bathroom was gutted. Once this was done, his crew, headed by Santos, immediately got to work puting in backerboard for the new tiles. He and his guys worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. He would help us out by identifying the little things, helpful things that we may want to consider, never, ever, pushing us to something we didn't want or need. The end product was fantastic! I thought of taking on this project myself, but it would have taken me forever to do what they did in just one week. We are absolutely sold on ES Tile and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who asks about having tile work done. In addition to the tile, Eloy recommended Mr. Shower Door for shower and bath doors, once we recieved thier price quote (with a 20% contractor discount) we found we would have been over budget. I decided I'd just install standard fitting bath doors myself. When I told Eloy this, he was concerned about the possibility of damaging the tile work and offered to install the doors for me at a very minimal cost (far less than what Home Depot would have charged). This one move saved us about $1500. We are still going with Mr. Shower Door for the master bath because we like thier products, and there will be some custom fitting of class that is far beyond what I am capable of doing, and we all know that the contractors Home Depot and Lowes are lowest bidder contractors..never know what you'll get. The second bathroom was similar to the first. Gutted the room, and cut out the shower backsplash to open the room up (it's a VERY small master bath). Again, we were provided a specific list of supplies needed and where to get those supplies. The second bathroom was started immediately after the first one was ready to use. In two weeks, we had two new bathrooms that we are not longer embarrassed to have our friends use. Eloy Sosa and his crew were amazing, helpful, professional. We can't thank them enough for everything they did. The total cost for both baths was around 15K, this includes custom fitting glass enclosures for the master bath ($2,500), tiles, new vanities, new fixtures, new lighting, new medicine cabinets and mirrors, new towel bars, complete installation of everything. 15K may sound steep, but when compared to Bathrooms in a Day and Bath Outfitters, this is a lot cheaper and much higher quality than either. They estimated 8K for one bathroom and that didnt' include tile and they were just going to remove and install new enclosures, shower doors, and replace with builder grade stuff. I didn't want to cover up..I wanted an upgrade. That's what we got. Thank you ES Tile!!

Description of Work: Modified bathroom by moving a closet wall to make a bigger shower, installed tile shower, tiled floor and walls of bathroom, installed ceiling vent fan, repaired ceiling around skylight and painted entire bathroom.

Description of Work: Eloy and his team remodeled a 2nd floor bath for my mother in Wilmington, Delaware.

Description of Work: They removed existing tiles from walls and floor and 1" of concrete which was on the floor under the original tiles had to be removed. The shower door, faucets, toilet, and hot tub were also removed. A partition wall was built for a new shower stall with a wall to wall shower bench. All plumbing was done by them. They used resistant backer board on walls and floor. The new shower stall, hot tub, and flooring was tiled with some decorative tiles. It looks fantastic!!

Description of Work: Eloy gave us an estimate for the installation of tiles in our two bathrooms, foyer and kitchen backsplash. When we spoke with him we could tell he was experienced and knew how to remove and install new tiles and the assorted plumbing work that needed to be done.
