Description of Work: My phone message was returned promptly by Judy. I arranged to have the 3 door locks plus one deadbolt on my home changed within 2 days. Judy arrived on time, did the job very quickly, and also swapped out one of the door knobs such that it was keyed to the same key as the other two doors. She was very professional, but also very friendly. I'd use ABC Lock's services again, for sure. Price also was very reasonable. Thanks, Angie's List!

She suggested the best and most economical solution tor each door lock issue, and completed the work in an efficient and professional manner. She even gave us tips on keeping our locks in good working order! We were very pleased with the work that was done, with the provider's level of knowledge and expertise, and with the way we were treated throughout the entire process, from first call to completion of service. I would definitely call ABC Locksmith Service again!
Description of Work: The provider replaced door handles, removed keys that had broken off in locks, and re-keyed some door locks for us.

+ -1 moreABC returned my call within hours of me calling & provided a quote over the phone. ABC was the lowest of three quotes that I received. She arrived exactly on time & helped me determine which ones of the 5different keys given at settlement fit which doors. We discovered that one key didn't fit any door & another door didn't have a key. She worked on rekeying the other doors while I got ahold of the builder. Despite the extra time it took to get the builder to my house, she did not charge me any more for the extra time she spent at my house. She was extremely knowledgable, very efficent, helpful & professional. I would highly recommend ABC Locksmith.

+ -1 moreIt went great! Judy is punctual, professional, and gets the job done quickly. ABC is definitely the place to turn to when you need new/spare keys made, locks changed, or peepholes installed.
Description of Work: This was the 4th time that my family has used ABC's services. I had Judy install a peephole, and just a few days before that, had a set of keys made for my storm door that hasn't had a key in years. She has also changed locks for us on 2 other separate occasions. Judy is always on time, very professional, and her prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be returning to ABC for all of my lock- change, spare-key-made, peephole, etc, needs!

Let me say that she is professional,she is quite neat as she carries her cleaning supplies with her and immediately cleans up shavings,etc as she works which is important to me,and she is honest. I repeat: Judy is honest! Update July 27,2012 Judy charged $70.00 to install the peep hole and it's just perfect. The right size and the correct height. Judy brings her clean up tools with her,therefore,she is both excellent at what she does,she is tidy and clean and she charges fair&square! We are quite pleased once again.
Description of Work: My husband&I believe that Judy is the very best at what she does and how she does it! I called her to tell her about the problem we had with two doors feeling for sure that we'd have to replace one door. Judy said that she felt that she could fix the problem and sure enough,she did much to our relief. The previous person whom I had found on Angie's List had made such a mess of the doors as he had put in two dead bolt locks,but he had taken out the original doorknobs and put the dead bolts in the holes leaving us with no knobs to open or close the doors. When I discovered later that night after he had gone that to close the doors was impossible,I was terribly upset so I called him and he returned the next morning with dummy knobs which really didn't solve the problem. Judy came in,bless her heart,and replaced the original doorknobs which fixed the problem of not being able to close the doors completely. Also,the doors now both close "sealing" whereas the previous person had done something which prohibited that. July 27,2012 I called Judy Mitchell to come back out and install a peep hole in the front door. She did and the service she offered was prompt and professional just as it was the first time I used her.

Response was friendly and scheduled around my preference for Friday Service. Arrived on time and completed the work efficiently and professionally. I am still looking to get a new lock for one piece of equipment. There was some problem getting a hold of the manufacturer, and she had said she would not bill me until she was able to find that. I would rate her highly and would use her again in the future if necessary.
