Judy was excellent and A+ communication. She responded very quickly and we were able to text pictures and get options and a quote. She came promptly when she said, very professional, and extremely knowledgable. New set works great. Will definitely use again for locks.

Judy asked for some pictures to scope the problem and scheduled appointment for the next day. She was able to perform the repairs right away and explained why they became necessary. I would definitely use her again if the need arises.

I called for a quote, explained my situation of being a first time home buyer, the answers to my questions were short with rude tone of voice, indistinguishable words while getting the quote and not helpful lingo to those not in the locksmith industry. Also had extremely high prices in comparison to other companies contacted. I’m big on customer service and Lehman’s terms to help me understand - neither of which this company provides. I ended up going to another company that provided that AND at a less expensive rate ($150+ less expensive).

Unable to make a new key for the specific lock, but spent the time and phone calls trying to find some options.

Emailed... Got immediate response. Called and arranged tome of appointment. ABC arrived early, validated the problem and performed her magic! Will use ABC to install new lodes and handles on new front door!

It went great. She was wonderful. Only one side of the dead bolt would work and it gave us problems. She replaced the entire thing. She keyed the dead bolt to our old keys which was very convenient. She was in and out in 20 min. I would definitely use her again. I called her this morning and she was out this afternoon.

Last July I hired ABC Locksmith Service, Wilmington, DE, to replace three deadbolt locks in my home. About 4 months later, I began to have problems with one of the locks; sometime I couldn't get it locked; sometime I couldn't get it open. The provider fixed the lock at no charge. But I again had trouble 5 months later. The problem might have been a defective lock, but it could also have been a problem with my old door. The provider replaced the lock with a different type which required her to do extra work on the door. I fully expected to pay for this service, but she refused payment either for the new lock or for her labor. i think that was exceptional and shows that she is a businessperson of high integrity with a strong concern for customer satisfaction. I certainly recommend ABC Locksmith to everyone.

Judy arrived promptly at the designated appointment time. She offered advice on which levers were available and helped me in color selection. She installed the new levers and striker, was in an out in less than 30 minutes. The job was well done and she knew her business.

She came to the house on time and asked what exactly ii was that I needed done. I explained what I was looking for and she tried the old key that I thought went to that door--it did not. It was explained to me that I could have keys made to fit that door, keys made to fit the door the same as the front door key, or get a new knob with keys to match the front door. She told me what the cost of each would be and I went with the new door handle and keys to match the front door. This option was less expensive as the other and with a better door know. I was very please with the person herself, her workmanship and her professionalism.
