Description of Work: Prompt, professional and skillful at her craft. Judy repaired the problem with my lock that I had contacted her for, and she resolved an issue with the alignment of the lock in the door jam to prevent further damage or inconvenience.

Description of Work: I had just purchased a new home and had ABC Locksmith come out and re key some of the door locks. Judy came out, did the doorknobs and even helped figure out how to change my old automatic garage door opener.

Description of Work: O:ur front door lock was getting stuck so I called this provider based on checking Angie's list and because they are very close to me. I read a report on Angie's list that seemed to say the service was ok but the business got a low mark for professionalism. I was very happy with the service. This may be a one woman operation. She was prompt, diagnosed the problem promptly and instead of saying that I needed a whole new lock (which she could have- how would I know?) she said it was a bad part. She got the part, fixed it promptly, charged a reasonable price ( I don't remember exactly how much) , left and the lock has been working perfectly ever since. Very happy with everything about the service.

Description of Work: I was totally happy with this experience. My front door lock was not working well and we were leaving for vacation in 2 days, so I didn't want to have a situation where the cat feeders couldn't get in the door. I called in late afternoon and they were out the next day at noon. This was the day before we were leaving, so I was so relieved at the fast reaponse. The problem was diagnosed immediately and promptly fixed. It turned out that the lock just needed to be disassembled and tightened. After that, I tried the key and found that I had to pull the door toward me in order to lock it. She immediately adjusted the lock receptacle on the door jamb and the lock and key now work very smoothly. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to friends. The price was very reasonable.
