The technician was professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how the pressure switch worked and why mine had stopped working. I greatly appreciated that.

I was tired of cleaning my old air cleaner and getting my fingers cut. Also, it wasn't cleaning the air like it should. My UV light in my furnace had also ceased to work. Fletchers put in a new air cleaner with a built in UV light and now I just have to change the internal unit once a year for about $100. Fletchers is also professional, punctual, and they just do outstanding work!!! I would recommend them to anyone.

I felt the price was fair. They did a good job in a timely fashion. They came when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very pleasant people to have around my home while they were working here.

I got them as a referral from my real estate and banker. They were punctual, courteous, professional and they wrote to me when I discussed about the problem I had with my current system. They were also interested in the history of the house as well and that told them more what to expect, whether they had to inspect or not. They were not only interested in their job in hand, but the entire system of the house. I talked out everything with them and they worked out 80 to 90 %, educated me what 80 and 90 % was. They took their time and explained the entire system out and answered all my questions. They came out for an estimate and we ended up talking for an hour. Brian was the person who came and didn't seem to rush. I had 2 other guys come out and if Fletcher Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning were not the cheapest I would have still picked them out as I liked Brian a lot. They finished the job and the bank didn't pay them till 3 weeks, but they waited. When I had the system installed, my water heater had a gas leak, so I called them back and they came to fix the same. I will continue to use them in the future.

They have been out several times and the last visit was covered under my homeowner's contract. They are great and I will use them again in the future.

MY WIFE CALLED FLETCHER AND TALKED TO DOUG. HE QUOTED HER ONE PRICE OVER THE PHONE. IN WHCIH IT WAS OUTRAGEOUS BUT WE NEEDED IT DONE. WE HAVE TRIED CALLING OTHER COMPANIES BEFORE WE CALLED FLETCHER. DOUG SAID IT WOULD ONLY TAKE ONE HOUR. BUT IT ACTUALLY2 HOURS. SHE WAS QUOTED $778 BUT IT WAS ACTUALLY $897. I WILL NEVER USE FLETCHER AGAIN. EVERYONE ASSOCAITED WITH FLETCHER SHOULD BE LOCKED FOR LIFE IN PRISON FOR THEFT. THE ACTUAL COST OF THE PUMP WAS $350 AND FLETCHER CHARGED US $660 AND $237 FOR LABOR. IT WHICH THEY RIPPED US OFF ON THE COST OF THE PUMP PLUS THE LABOR. I DO EXPECT SOME TYPE OF MARKED UP BUT $310 THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS. CONCERNING THE LABOR THEY SHOULD OF KEPT TO WHAT THEY TOLD MY WIFE OVER THE PHONE AND ONLY CHARGED US FOR 1 HOUR OF LABOR. I AM GOING FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB ALSO.

I have used this company twice before for plumbing jobs, and was extremely pleased with the results. When I needed to stop fine lint and dust particles from blowing through the house, and in general, improve the air quality, I called their duct- cleaning department. Brian, the third Fletcher generation to work in the business, came out to evaluate the system and work up an estimate. I was amazed at the extensive knowledge this young man has already acquired. He gave me a detailed description of my system and explained exactly how and why there were problems. Then he recommended certain upgrades to the air filtering unit, all of which would solve my problems. Each of the models he proposed had extra features, which would enhance their performance as well as the cost, Brian made no attempt to influence my decision. No pressure. He had given me enough information that I could confidently make a choice that would work best for me. Brian's knowledge is extraordinary; he explained everything so well that a layman could easily understand. On the day for installation, Brian and his assistant arrived exactly on time. They started work immediately and did not stop until they were done. It was one of the most efficiently carried-out jobs I have had. When he was finished, Brian showed me what they had done, showed me how to operate the new unit, and also how to switch back to the old filter system if I ever wanted to. When they were finished, Brian and his assistant cleaned up thoroughly. The same thing happened each time one of Fletcher's plumbers came out, so this has to be a company standard. This company reflects what people have traditionally looked for in a family-owned business: personal attention, extensive and detailed knowledge; experience; fair pricing. In my family, only my cat Nicky had a problem; he did not appreciate the drilling and hammering during his morning nap time.
