We had our sump pump die on us after only 2 years. (New construction). Unfortunately, the basement flooded from all the rain. We needed to replace it ASAP as the forecast was rain for 3-4 more days. We called fletcher (during the Covid shelter at home) and they ended up coming to our house within 3 hours.. on a Sunday! He installed the new pump and was done in less than an hour. Great service, extremely reasonable pricing.. especially on a Sunday for an emergency call. We’ve used these guys before and will continue to use them. A+ service all the way.

They were very good. prompt and professional.

The schedulers were short on the phone and did not accommodate a simple request for for rescheduling. One of the Fletchers got on the phone and she was extremely rude and fabricated a story to get out of trying to reschedule. I do not recommend this company. I will find a different plumber who knows how to treat customers.

This business is top notch: professional, competent, and customer. I had them put in a new heater several years ago also and have never had anything but the best service. AREN

Called in to get a price to have my water heater fixed. They said they would call me back with a quote. Never heard from them. Called another local company, they came right out and took care of several things I needed fixed. Not good for a small town company!

Fletchers provided prompt professional service to identify an issue that a competitor could not find. Restoring AC function and taking on the responsibility to process manufacturer warranty which will allow for permanent resolution. They were at the property within the hour on a holiday weekend and took steps to minimize peak call out charges. I've used them for years for plumbing and will now do the same for HVAC.

They did good work and I'm having them out again to install an automatic sump pump.

Everyone was very professional and friendly from the office staff to the plumber. Everything went and cost according to the information I was given. It was truly a pleasure to have done business with them. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Fletcher Plumbing again. A great company to do business with.

They are a very good company. I have used them since I have lived here. They come every year and do my gas furnace. They get me tuned up for the summer and heating in the winter. They are a family owned business. I have dealt with them for past 12 years. They have been great. If I have a service contract with them and if it's a middle of summer, they will come out. They are very considerate of the elderly. The quality is superb.

While this project took longer to complete than anticipated I am quite happy with the new heating system. For the first time in 12 years I am able to use a heat pump and stay warm. The only bad experience I had was the communication with the front office. Other than that they provided the equipment and service as stated. I ended up spending more than I wanted but I got a high quality heat pump. Very thankful to Fletcher's and would use them again.

Contacted Fletcher's and Brian got out to me to do a estimate on a whole house A/C. I decided on a split room a/c since we do not use all the rooms in the house (emptynesters). The cost was somewhat more but the operating costs would be 30 to 50% less. Doug and Jason installed the units and they were very professional and efficient. Brain came out after the job was done to make sure everything was done correctly and we knew how to use the system. I would highly recommend Fletcher's for work you may need done. Very good installation and removal of the old system. Timely estimate and very friendly staff. Purchased a Lenox system and worked well initially. System failed to cool after 2 weeks and we needed a service call to fix it. They came out right away and fixed the system. Working well since. Would recommend this company again and will consider their business favorably for my down-stairs system replacement.

We have hired Fletcher’s on 3 different occasions in the last 6 months, to install a new hot water heater, to rip out an old shower/install a new shower and to install new heater and AC unit. Each time they came out and looked at what was to be done and gave a written estimate for each service. During the shower install Mike came out to inspect his guys work and to see if we had any questions about what was going on. During heater/AC install the owner, Brian, came out to inspect and make sure everything was going good and to answer any questions. Brian also called a couple days later to make sure everything was running smoothly with the AC. Also, with the AC/Heater install, we spoke with Amanda at the office and she was on top of everything, had all our paperwork ready to go and all we had to do was go in and sign away. She also was helpful with all the questions we called with. The whole team is VERY professional, courteous, punctual, and cleaned up the areas they were working in. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

Work was performed quickly and professionly

I received a prompt estimate when I originally contacted Fletcher's Plumbing in May, 2012. I postponed installation of the heat pump unit until March, 2013, and Brian Fletcher updated the estimate in a very short period of time. The installation was scheduled quickly and completed efficiently. They cleaned up at the end of each day. I was concerned about cutting a hole in the ceiling for access, but it was done with minimum mess and the drywall was replaced so that the painter's job later will be minimal. Every detail went exactly as Brian said it would. When I asked for information on another project, the brochure was promptly made available with all of the detail I needed. Every person from Fletcher's has been highly courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them to others and will use them again in the future for any and all heating/cooling and plumbing needs. They were terrific!

Their service could be better. However, they are the best in the area that I have dealt with. The first two times they messed things up but they came out to resolve the issues. The other two times have been good.

For each call without exception, a live person answered, was courteous, and worked with me unitil a service appointment could be set up. All appointments were within 24 hours of my call, except for the air filtration system, which was not urgent.. Each time, the service tech arrived on time, always calling when he was on his way to make sure I was home and to give me an estimated time of his arrival. Each time, the technician worked quickly, and quietly, made minimal mess, and cleaned up after himself so well that no one could tell that work had been done. Each time, the technician accurately diagnosed the problem, and was able to fix it completely at that visit, unless a part had to be ordered. When they did not have the necessary parts on the truck, they went to a nearby supply house to purchase them, returned promptly, and completed the job. I have not had to call them back to redo any work; the quality of their work is high, some of the best I have seen in the last few years. That being said, the cost of their work, before adding in the cost of the parts, takes my breath away at $80.00/hour. This seems staggering to me-- I am a retired teacher who, after 35 years of teaching in the public schools made about $28.00/hour at my highest.. The only part of the job that exceeded the estimate was the time it took to complete a couple of jobs. It is impossible to predict how long a job will take until the expert comes out and looks at the situation. So, a couple of jobs that Fletcher's did for me actually took longer than expected; however, I fail to see how that could have been avoided. I am satisfied that the technicians worked conscientiously and consistently until the job was done, However, Fletchers is worth the price. I get quality work from highly skilled technicians, and usually same- or next-day service. I have never asked for a specific person; whoever comes out to do the work has always done an excellent job, regardless if it was the son of the owner or others. I have always had an outstanding experience with this Smyrna company; I am more than surprised to hear strong negative remarks from other customers!

Recieved estimate of $ 365.00 parts and labor to intstall shower facets and $1465 to install tolet and sink parts and labor down stairs. Choose to have facets intalled. Came early which was good. Very pleased with job Except Had to remove piece of Dry wall to install facet but did not put it back and spackle it over Cleaned up but left trail of dust all the way down the steps and into the dinning room. Also have dust all over the floor in one room . Good thing we don't have anything in the house yet.
