"Highly NOT Recommended! I have used Delaware Plumbing Professionals more than once. The first time, although not inexpensive, the job was done well. The second time, I called them to diagnose a problem with my sump pump. The pump was only one year old and was malfunctioning. I was told that, since they didn’t install the pump, the only option they could offer was to install a brand-new pump, which would cost around $2,000. I said, "Thank you," paid $65 for the visit, and that was it. The pump was later fixed with a simple tweak. Today, I called them for the third time to look at a leaking shower and a leaking garbage disposal. I was informed that to change the leaking gasket at the top of the disposal, they would charge me the price of a full disposal replacement, which is over $450, for less than one hour worth of work (I asked). As for the leaking shower, even though I clearly identified the leaking plunger (a $20 part), I was told they couldn’t address it and could only offer a replacement of the entire shower valve inside the wall, which I assume would be a job costing a few thousand dollars. Wasted another $65 for their useless visit."

"Less than 5 years ago, I spent in excess of $10,000 to have a new unit installed with a 10 year warranty. I should have seen the red flags from the very beginning. The sales representative told us additional vents would be installed and when the installation crew showed up, that did not happen. Fast forward to the present and I am now on my 4th phone call for an appointment this season, 3 days so far of not being able to work as I waited for a technician to come diagnose the problem. The 3rd. tech came last night and indicated that the work the other tech did was not for the root of the problem. (I was told in front of witnesses that the work needed to be done, was not covered under warranty, would cost me $367 and would fix my issues)In fact, the 3rd tech only made the issue worse by leaving our attic return unscrewed and overfilling our unit with Freon that the 4th tech had to remove from our system. Upon leaving last night I was told that everything was corrected. Today - my home is slowly creeping up in temperature (presently 80 degrees inside, while set to 72). The company keeps trying to sell me a "maintenance plan" and I keep reiterating to EVERY one who pushes it that we have been getting tune ups/cleanings elsewhere and will only use them for warranty issues since we have had NOTHING but problems with them."

"I hired First State Bath for converting a bath tub to a walk-in shower. I feel so thankful to them from introduction through job completing. They listened carfully to my requests and proposed a small suggestion, but it turned out very special to my need. It was choice of 54" long instead of 60". It adds space for easy moving in the bathroom. It might have no impact to most people, but is very helpful and special in my situation. The project is worked out very well with on time, clean and high quality. They did great job at very reasonable cost."

Madelin in the back office was very helpful in getting the specific items we wanted ordered and Patrick made daily (sometimes multiple) trips to the house delivering any materials the crew needed to get the job done – always with a smile on his face. Francesco had his crew arrive on time (if not early) every day they were scheduled to come by; and he made sure any corrections that needed to be done were taken care of. All projects have challenges, ours was no different. But the real difference was how quickly any question or concerns we raised were addressed and resolved. We have done similar projects like this in the past and have at times faced pushback and argument when problems arose. Not with the team at Clarksville. They were committed to making sure we were happy with the end result. What a refreshing attitude and much appreciated!"
