Description of Work: Emergency Call on a Friday evening for a broken water pipe in Living Room ceiling. Promptly returned call and scheduled for Saturday Morning. Quickly analyzed problem and opened ceiling and repaired pipe. Everything was professionally done and cleaned up.

Description of Work: My kitchen drain completely stopped up (Thanksgiving morning) and backed up into the kitchen sinks. Jim inspected the kitchen plumbing and replaced several corroded and leaking pipes. After conducting a thorough investigation of the crawlspace he pointed out other leaks including the first floor bathroom. He removed and re-routed the rotted galvanized pipe and replaced it all. The drains throughout the house all better now. |Over the past five years Jim has completed several customized plumbing renovation projects for me. Some of which had been turn down by other plumbers due to the projects complexity. Jim has completed every job within the allotted time. He covered floors and cleaned up the areas where he worked. Description of Work: After one of the very cold nights this past winter we realized one of our water lines froze and burst. On the frigid morning of Saturday Jan 4 I called several plumbers from Angies List. Jim Stephens came to our rescue and did a wonderful job not only fixing the copper water lines but re-routing the pipe so it won't happen again. The pipes were originally resting on the cinder block foundation (hence the problem). Jim moved both the hot and cold about three feet away from the foundation wall in the basement by running them through the joists. He then connected them up to the main lines in an adjoining room. It was a fairly big job but Jim was able to get it all done in a few hours max. He was extremely nice and talked me through all the options before he proceeded. Everything he did was cleaned after he was finished.

Description of Work: They did some plumbing work for me. Their service and work were fine. I did try to call them to come out and take a second look at something, and they talked to me about it instead of coming out and looking.
