 + -1 moreOther than a later start (which they called and informed me about so I wasn't waiting and wondering) then expected, the result of a vehicle problem en route that required them to return to the company for a replacement, they were arrived, began work immediately, worked through the day and completed the job with a minimum of fuss. They removed the old shutters to be taken to where ever old shutters and discarded, cleaned up the job site completely and to my satisfaction. The only slight glitch was a call from the company that required my installers to leave the my work site for about 30 minutes to go to another nearby installation to help employees there move a scaffolding. That was an unexpected delay that I could have done without when they were just about completing my job.
Description of Work: They removed old hurricane shutters on my beach condo balcony and installed new shutters.

Their awning material is provided by Sunbrella which is made right here in America - we liked that. The installers were prompt, professional and left the work area spotless. The awning has transformed a sun soaked deck that we rarely used into a delightful shady retreat.
