+ -1 moreI have been using them for 7 years and they are wonderful. They spray outside the home and then they come inside the home and do all baseboards and anything that might be exposed. Then they will ask to see if anything concerns you. I had an issue with bees a few years back out of my flowers and they came out and sprayed for them. They are awesome. They let me know the first 30 minutes to keep kids and pets away from the baseboards and once it dries up it is fine.
Description of Work: I used Tri-State Pest Management Inc for a home spray.

+ -1 moreOur experience has been fantastic! They did more than one method in the beginning, because the situation was so bad. They did a terrific job and were back the next day when I did see a problem. I tried someone before them that was a terrible experience.

Description of Work: We hired Tri-State Pest Management for indoor ant and spider problems and outdoor ant problems. The first treatment done in May for indoor ant and spider problems were resolved satisfactorily, the external treatment for ants not so much but none entered the house. The technician (different from the first one) who arrived for the August appointment did not treat our outdoor second-story screened porch so the ant/spider problem returned. We had flooding problems due to heavy rain and the hurricane in August that caused us to renovate portions of our lower level, resulting in our possessions being emptied into other rooms while we worked on the damage caused. When I called the company to ask if we could move our November appointment to February due to all of the clutter and lack of access to the rooms, the representative told me that was not their policy and no refund is provided if the contract is canceled. Although I did not make an appointment, Tri-State sent a technician in early December and they provided an external treatment. I had previously used an exterminator in El Paso, Texas, which requires year-round treatment, so I was unfamiliar with the needs in Delaware before I hired the company. I would just caution other users to check the terms of the contract to understand postponements due to natural disasters, refund terms, etc. before they sign. While I don't know the cost, I might consider using this company again on a quarterly basis since I don't find much need for an exterminator in the winter.

+ -1 moreWe called and spoke to a woman who set up the appointment for the next day. (Less than 24 hours). The gentleman arrived at our house exactly when promised. He evaluated the problem and searched throughout the house and foundation for the ants. He then applied the chemicals in as small an area that would do the job. He was at our house for about an hour and fifteen minutes. We no longer had the ants, or any evidence that they had been there, the next 12 hours.
Description of Work: They had a very reasonable estimate, were punctual and courteous. We had a carpenter ant problem. After a thorough treatment, we no longer have ants. Highly recommend.
