Outstanding. Our job was unique and required some creativity on their part. Our sales person explained in detail what had to be done. Once their team arrived, they did impeccable stone and masonry work. Once done they cleaned up as of they were not there. Adam himself came to inspect the work and explain what and how things were done as well as maintenance to make sure things last for the life of the home. It was clear that Adam was proud of the job since this was a new design for then. Do not hesitate to hire them. You get what you pay for and we spent very wisely.

They did a great job. Were on time each day. Lots of communication about what was happening even before they arrived. They were responsive if I had a concern. I do want a 2nd window! Great experience with this company.

It went well. They arrived a little late but worked till after 6. They covered area in plastic. Moved my shelf. They showed me my clogged pipe and that I previously had no filter and not deep with enough stone. That fixed all that. They came back to set concrete,and today put my shelf back. They are coming for another job. My basement floor didn’t get water after a heavy rain. They were referred to me by a structural engineer. Would recommend. ND

They put a drain in my basement and cause holes in my cement floor that they refuse to take responsibility for and fix. Very unprofessional and I would never use again. You definitely get what you pay for!

From the moment I contacted Adam Basement I was impressed with their professionalism. The gentleman who came out to provide a quote on the work took his time to explain what was wrong and the process to resolve the issue; scheduling was efficient; the men who came to do the work were wonderful and so polite. They covered my belongings that were still in the basement, they covered the floor and blocked off the entrance to the basement to limit the amount of dust that would make its way into my home, and each day they had me view the work that was accomplished. I would recommend them to anyone who needs basement work.

Excellent workmanship. Timely completion of a very big job. The jackhammered out 1/4 of our basement floor which was elevated from the rest and in need of repair. In addition they installed a new French drain and applied a vapor barrier and insulation on our crawl space. Our home built in 1888 (yes prior to 1900) now has a warm dry basement. Oh and they added venal windows and sealed all the walls with clean white paint. Nicely done. Very satisfied with all their recommendations and workmanship. Thank you !! Adam came by to provide us an overview of the project. He took a great deal of time to discuss all our options and his professional recommendations. His staff was courteous, punctual and clearly took pride in their work. Throughout the project Adam was readily accessible and willing to answer any questions we had about the process. Overall we were very happy with the project and will absolutely recommend them to our neighbors.

Fantastic! They dug the first day, cut and finished the second day. Looks great, works great! They answered all my questions, and worked through some tricky maneuvering with good planning. Prep work was really good and protected the rest of the house, and cleanup left the place looking good.

I called Adam Basement because of paint bubbles on the cinderblock wall in my basement. The representative came to my house and explained that water penetration of the cinderblock was causing the problem. The solution, he told me, was to break up the concrete floor around the perimeter, dig down several inches, install stone and perforated pipes draining into a well hole with a sump pump, and cover the stone and pipes with new concrete. Additionally, they would cover the wall with a vapor barrier. The basement already had a sump pump and a French drain. I had some reservations about whether making modifications indoors would solve a problem of wet dirt outside against a wall whose waterproofing was no longer effective, but he assured me that was the way such problems are currently handled. A couple of days before the work was scheduled to begin, the forecast called for a major snowstorm on the scheduled day. He reluctantly agreed to reschedule for the day after the snowstorm. The crew arrived and began making a tunnel of plastic sheeting from my front door to the basement. They were very thorough about covering everything except for some empty shelves in the basement. Because of what I read in another review, I turned off the heat during the work so that the heater would not spread dust through the house. They worked steadily and finished that afternoon, even doing a minor task for me which wasn't part of the contract. The house was generally clean when they were done, except that there was minor concrete dust in the basement where they had been working. At my request, the representative returned a month and a half afterwards to help me put a workbench and a cabinet back into place that the crew had moved to get access to the wall. My only concern is that, with the vapor barrier covering the inside of the wall, there is now no way to see whether the wall is damp and moldy, which leaves me questioning whether the work which was done actually solves the problem.

they came worked hard did a good job just made a lot of dust when they had to grind the paint off the wall to install the micro fiber straps the y should in vest in a air scrubber tho take all the dust out all the dust went into my hvac ducts had dust coming out of vents for 2 weeks also the said they were using rotory drill hamer but they use a jack hamer and made a couple cracks in my floor but didnt repair them but be sides that i got no more water problems as of yet

Excellent job from start to finish. Salesman was very informative explaining all options and methods/standards to be used to solve a leaking basement wall. A crew of four arrived on time and immediately hung plastic sheets to protect our belongings. In a matter of hours, they had removed a 12" x 15' section of concrete, dug out a trench and laid in a drainage pipe to a sump pump and then covered everything with fresh concrete. Then the walls were covered with a anti-mold vapor barrier that looks very nice. A transferable guaranty for all work was emphasized and we were encouraged to call if we had any problems. Overall, a very nice job!

We did not feel they were honest in their dealings. We will keep looking for vendor.

We used Adam Basement. We have a very large basement so 6 grand for a partial was a very good deal.

Showed up, worked hard, very punctual, and professional. Made the entire deal very easy. Cleaned up afterwards, ensuring that the encapsulation was "clean" as well.

Adam's Basement were extremely professional. They provided extensive details on project, put no pressure on sale, indicated they were a part of a program that allows materials to be used responsibly and recycle in an environmentally responsible way.

Wonderful. Steve came to provide an estimate and explained everything in layman's terms without the and quot;hard selland quot; used by other waterproofing companies. They showed up when they said they would with a large group of workers. The work was extensive and done quickly in 3 days. The crawlspace was in bad condition so they replaced the insulation and hauled away dirt to level the ground, then encapsulated with material. The egress window looks great, and lets in so much light. I love it! All of the workers, foremen, Adam and Steve were professional and friendly. They did their best to keep everything clean (it's a dirty job). They even fixed a loose board on my deck and Adam carried in my groceries! I'm very pleased with their work and now my basement smells so much better. I can move on with finishing the basement without worrying about water coming in.

Everything went great. They were on time, employees were very nice and moved the heavy pieces that I could not move. They went out of their way to help. The house was left clean and the outside was spotless I thought I would have to go out and pick up the extra gravel that was on the ground they took care of everything. I am very pleased. The very first night we had rain and I had no water in the basement. I would definitely recommend Adam Basement.
