We had water in our crawlspace after heavy rain. We hired Adam Basement to remedy the problem after consulting with three companies. We hired Adam Basement because of their excellent reputation in our neighborhood and because Bob of Adam Basement is a superb communicator, who explained the problem and proposed solution to us in a logical and easy-to-understand manner. Adam Basement installed a pressure relief sub-floor drainage system with a drainpipe and two sump pumps. They treated the crawlspace for mold and mildew and wrapped the floor and walls with a vapor barrier. Adam Basement’s technicians were hard-working, technically proficient, and professional, and their office staff were responsive and helpful. We’ve had the system for six months and are very pleased. The crawlspace has remained bone dry after heavy rain, and it looks and smells great. Adam Basement stands behind its work, as it provides a 10-year sump pump warranty and a lifetime, transferable waterproofing system warranty. We wholeheartedly recommend Adam Basement for basement repairs or waterproofing.

Like they were never here. Work was completed on time. Crew clean up was excellent. Had a little settlement in the dirt around window well after couple weeks, called Adams and they sent someone out next day to add more dirt.

They waterproofed our basement and the 3 attached crawl spaces. The guys were polite, respectful and hard working. They completed the whole job in four days. The finished job is excellent. We look forward to being able to use the basement space. The office was always kind and worked with our specific questions and needs when we called them. My only concerns were the amount of dust that came up in the house and our things in the basement were not completely covered.

We have been planning to finish our basement for years. It is important to us to deal with someone that has integrity and upon meeting Adam, we had the feeling we would award him our job. However, we did obtain at least 3 other estimates and spoke with other contractors over the phone. As our project evolved and questions arose, Adam always returned emails, calls, and he came to our house I would say about 3 times before we signed a contract. We are needy I guess, but Adam never turned us away and never lost patience with us. His crew arrived on the exact date and time as planned. They worked diligently and every aspect of the job was done to specification. The workers also answered questions as they arose. Can you get a retail high from installing an egress window and waterproofing? Sure! We would recommend Adam and his crew to anyone in need of this service.

Adam Basement was an extremely professional company from the start. John J. evaluated the project, explained the corrective action in detail and provided a detail proposal with pictures representing the process, step by step. The company also made accommodations for my specific situation, which was extremely important to me. The company sent out a text in advance of the project date for confirmation. The crew arrived on time and completed the project in a very timely manner, and left the area clean. John J. also arrived during the project to check on the crew and see how everything was going. I was very impressed with Adam Basement, they really stood out from the other basement waterproofing companies (very unprofessional and concerning) I had contacted for the project. I would highly recommend Adam Basement.

The process was explained clearly to me prior to contracting with Adam Basement. The work was performed over a 4-day period by a crew that was professional, knowledgeable of the materials and methods of their trade, and who left my home as neat as they found it (despite the messy job they had to do). Great job and would highly recommend.

Before contacting Adam we really felt discouraged that anything could be done for our situation. This was a supremely challenging job — not least because of the low grading of our property. Adam and his crew developed a plan and were committed to implementing it. My wife and I were impressed by their professionalism and how they made themselves available for our questions and concerns throughout the process. From the quote to installation it was a very consultative and informative process. Bob was excellent in explaining the options to me - then he took the time to explain the process and engage with his team to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot). Comparatively Adam Basement was on par price wise, however, Adam provided a few extra's that were not in other's quotes. I had 85' of French Drain installed and 2 new Sump Pits/Pumps. The Installation was done over 2 days and their crew couldn't have been more respectful and courteous. They prepped the area and cleaned up after themselves each day. Bob stopped out both days as well as their foreman Luis. They had to make some ad-hock adjustments with the installation and didn't charge me for the extra work (it was minor, but could have easily charged me an extra $100 as it was out of scope). I recommend Adam Basement for anyone that want's to fix their basement water issues once and for all.
