Description of Work: Hardwood floors cleaning and sealing and carpet cleaning. | |Everything was smooth but I hate when they upsell. Why can't they just put all the pricing online so I don't have to pay an extra $400 on the spot for the nice finish? What am I supposed to say, no leave it looking less than it possibly could?

 + -1 moreStanley Steamer is quite a company. I had never before used them prior to this experience. They really do make your home smell quite nice just by virtue of the fact they have preformed carpet cleaning for you. I expected that they might improve the stains that were on my one carpet. I certainly did not expect for them to remove the stains, however. Surprisingly, they were able to make the stain look non-existent for me. It perhaps goes without saying that I was feeling quite good about this company.
Description of Work: I have three rooms that are carpeted within my approximately 1700 square foot home. The other carpets needed a good thorough machine cleaning. Stanley Steamer preformed this cleaning service for me.

 + -1 moreTHE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. STANLEY STEEMER ALLOWS FOR SCHEDULING VIA THEIR WEB SITE. IT SHOWS YOU WHAT DATES ARE AVAILABLE AND FOR WHAT TIME OF DAY. THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE PROMPT AND CALLED BEFORE ARRIVING. THEY MOVED ALL FURNITURE AND WORKED QUICKLY. I HAD SOME VERY NEW CARPET (LESS THAN 6 MONTHS OLD) CLEANED AND PROTECTED AND SOME AVERAGE CARPET (13 YEARS OLD BUT THE ROOM IS USED VERY INFREQUENTLY)CLEANED. THE CARPET LOOKED BRAND NEW WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED (THE NEW CARPET IS IN A HEAVY TRAFFIC AREA). THE CARPETING ON THE STAIRS AND HALLWAY IS VERY OLD AND WORN AND IT WAS AMAZING HOW GOOD IT LOOKED WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY WERE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND HAD ME DO A WALKTHROUGH WHEN COMPLETED. THE ENTIRE JOB WAS PAINLESS FOR ME AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION.
Description of Work: I HAD CARPETS CLEANED AND PROTECTED IN MY DINING ROOM, LIVING ROOM, STAIRS TO SECOND FLOOR, AND HALLWAY LEADING TO UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS AND MASTER BATH.
