Carpet came out very nice. Only comment is that the carpet seemed to take longer than normal to dry. Otherwise, all went well.

The service was excellent. This is the second time I've used them. They are very neat and clean. My carpet looks brand new when they were finished.

They were not professional. Very flip with me and teasing each other. Carpet and upholstery were very wet when they were finished. They started trying to sell me more products the minute they came thru the door.

The cleaners were punctual and professional and removed all stains from the carpet. Since it was very cold outside they also provided a way to both keep the door open for the hose but eliminate most of the cold air coming in so it stayed comfortable in the house. They cleaned up and were out of the house in about an hour and change.

I set up the service online. They were timely. They gave us a 3 hour time window. They were very efficient. They finished within 2 hours. They were very professional. The carpets looked good.

This was my third time using Stanley Steemer for carpet cleaning services. I was moving out of my house and wanted all bedrooms and bedrooms, stairs, and basement cleaned for the new owners. While they did a decent job cleaning the carpets, I was very unhappy with the professionalism of this company. While cleaning the carpet on my stairs, they put a hole in the wall the size of a golf ball. Of course the crew said they didn't do it, but I had done a survey of the house they day before after the movers finished. I called into the office right as the crew had left and notified them that there was damage, the gentleman told me to take pictures since I was moving and wouldn't have access to the house after that day. He also had me leave a voicemail for the 'operations manager'. Three days later, I still didn't receive a call back from the manager, so I called again. After finally speaking with the manager, he said he would come out and fix the hole himself. Unfortunately I no longer had access to the house, and explained this to the manager. He left me with no other solution to the problem, not even an apology or a discount for the huge inconvenience this caused me. I had to hire someone to patch and repaint the wall. I was honestly in disbelief that Stanley Steemer conducts business this way. I will never be using there services again!

Excellent job, they got stains out that several other companies didn't. I will only use these guys in the future. Professional, on time and quick.

They were fine. I had no problems with it.

They did not do a very good job at painting the grout lines and they had to come back another 2 times. The paint was up on the tile and it does came off a few times after I mopped and I wished they would have told me that. I marked the places where I wanted them to touch up the painting and it does look nice.

Excellent. These two guys came out and they were knowledgeable, professional, and prompt and they did a fantastic job cleaning up my basement. I would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat. It wasn’t cheap but nobody else would come out and my basement was flooded so I didn’t have a lot of choice. They had just the equipment, they knew how to go about it and I have had no problems from the work they did.

It exceeded my expectations. We had the carpets cleaned because of a party we were hosting. Our carpets are very old and we looked into replacing all of the carpeting but couldn't get it done before the party. The carpets were very dirty so I didn't have high expectations but the before and after was dramatic. The crew was very professional. they moved all of the furniture I asked them to and handled everything carefully. They pulled as much water out of the carpet as they could so it was only damp when they left. They told us that it could take up to 24 hours for it to dry completely but we were surprised how dry it was just within a few hours. I would recommend them.

Arrived on time and cleaned the room carpets and stairs as planned. Carpets and steps were well worn, but the carpet cleaning did a good job of improving the appearence of the carpets.

It went very well. They were very efficient. They came in, they got the job done quickly. They didn't leave any extra mess or anything. They just did what they had to do and they were done. I thought the price was very fair.
