Everything went well throughout the service. They hooked up a vacuum system to our hvac and cleaned each vent and return in the house. For an additional price we also had our dryer vent cleaned. The entire process took about 2 hours for 25 vents/returns. The two employees were very courteous and explained each step ahead of time. It is still too early to tell but hopefully this will get rid of the excess dust that usually collects in our house.

They were prompt, did a good job. They moved all the furniture’s and overall they did a good job. Their price was right on the ballpark.

New house to me and I wanted the carpet cleaned before I moved in. A very professional 2 person team showed up promptly at agreed upon time. They got in and out quickly. They paid attention to high traffic areas per my request. Cost felt high but I got the carpet both cleaned and scotchguard.

The technicians arrived at the expected time, were very polite and worked quickly. They were in and out in just over an hour. The carpets were not heavily soiled but they were "crunchy" due to a lot of excess soap from a previous cleaning attempt. After cleaning they feel much better against my feet.

They were on time and steam cleaned my carpet. I was very satisfied with the results.

There were 3 workers who came. They got here on time - even called to say they were on their way. They showed me everything they were going to do and then went to work. They were quick, and very courteous about keeping everything clean. I was very impressed.

Stanley Steemer was prompt and quite thorough. Although I originally thought the price was high, they earned their money and a superior job.

They arrived 15 minutes after called. Scheduled time was 12-3. Was here @ 12:15 - left @ 12:45. We moved our furniture but they will if u want we were pleased.

I scheduled my carpet and upholstery cleaning online and received confirmation and price quote with discounts. Arrived on time.Completed work professionally and explained additional services for future service. I've used them before and will continue to use them in the future.

I hired them because of their good reputation. Their price was good. They had done good work at some of the other people's places and so I went with them. They did what they had to do and it was clean. They kept telling me that I needed to move all the heavy things and they wanted to do as minimal as possible which was the only catch. I was only one person and I needed a big guy. So, I asked them to move one of the beds back and something happened with the bed as there was a faint dent. I did not say anything but they said that they would rather not touch anything. They wanted to come, do the work and leave. Their work was good and there was no problem with that. They were late. Normally, people would assume that carpet cleaners would move the furniture whereas they did a couple but said it would be a favor and that they would not like to touch anything.

We booked online and the servicemen arrived on time. They were very thorough and professional. It was a positive experience and we will use them again.

What stood out to me was that the people that initially came didn't do a great job and we had some issues. When we called back and talked to a manager, they came back out right away and made it right.

The work was very good. They came-in and were neat, efficient, and explained the process. I was concerned about the rugs lifting up during the steaming process, and they explained that that does occur, but that they would lay back down. I would definitely use them again.

Very professional crew, showed up when they said they would and worked very hard. They were very clean and were careful where they worked. I received a quote when the work was scheduled and it was correct.

They arrived on time and did a great job. The only thing I didn't like was the fact they could not provide an estimate for the tile and grout before they arrived.

Overall, the job was done to my satisfaction
