"The company installed my tankless heater a few years back and they did a fine job. A part of the installation was the descaling filter. Late last fall i could not open it to replace a cartridge so called them up to help me fix the issue. The plumber who showed up stated that he did not have the right parts. He was expecting a newer filter cartridge as they do not install what i have anymore. I expected they would look up their work records to see what i have. They DID NOT, nor asked me what i have. The plumber came back and replaced the whole filter/cartridge setup. It took him about 40 minutes. The invoice i received was for $425. I called the owner and asked why. His response was that because I "did not tell them the correct part" they had to return and i am charged for two service visits, parts and labor. I told the owner that i agree to the charge for one visit and parts + labor, but he charged me $425. I asked American Express to dispute this charge. Rip off!!!"

"y water was down t drip. I canned for service at 7:30 am they answered and were very friendly and made sure they understood my situation. The service team arrived by 10:30 am that was amazing. They assessed the issues and as i expected it was my well pump. The gave me a price within minutes and much to my surprise didn't have to go get a pump but had one on the truck. After replacing it it was found that the water blatter was not working. had on of them on the truck also. The entire team was very nice and answered all my curious questions. Outstanding service! "They truly live by the code of "you get what you paid for". The price was cheaper than expected (and they included a free estimate too). So ultimately, our slow bathtub drain was cleared. However, the technician had terrible housekeeping. After stripping the caulking around the overflow valve, they left the caulking pieces in the bathtub and told us to flush them down the drain (?!). They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves."

"There was excessive heating in 2 of our bedrooms. Invited AJ Perri - after a lot of loud banging, the technician said that we need 2 zone valves that will cost us $800 each for a total of $1,600+$100 for installation. I was able to find it on amazon for $73 each and the technician confirmed that I was ordering the right ones. He said he'd come over after the valves arrive. We called AJ Perri to schedule a follow-up appointment and were told that they won't install items that they didn't sell us directly! Went online and read a lot about these scammers - they have been fined repeatedly by the state for consumer rights violations. Will be filing a lawsuit against them soon. No idea how they have almost 5 stars on Angi's list - must be buying reviews from non-customers. These people are worse than used car salesman."
