The movers were at my location before scheduled and were very courteous, respectful and careful with all of our furniture. We had moved everything except for the furniture (which helped saved on final cost). The price was based on the weight (for interstate moves) and was very reasonable. They arrived at our new location on time and were a great help in placing everything where they were asked to. They used tarps to cover the hardwood in the new house to avoid any issues with scratching the hardwood. I would 100% recommend Hopkins and Sons for your next move!

I had used this company to move before and they were great. This time around it was a different moving crew. They did everything they could to drag their feet and infalte the bill (they charge an hourly rate). On the drive from our old apartment to our new apartment they drove 20 miles under the speed limit and stopped at every light until it turned red. They took multiple "smoke breaks". I had to constantly check on them to make sure they were not goofing off. They easily added an extra hour and a half of time to the bill. I called and complained to the manager. She took all the information down and said she'd look into it and get back to me. Never heard from her again.

Great. Arrived on time. Worked quickly and efficiently per the estimate. Moved a refrigerator and heavy filing cabnet out of the basement that 4 of my friends and I moved into the basement and hurt our backs and knees. They brought a crane and lifted the furniture through a second floor window above the porch roof because the stair wells were too narrow. The cost was within the estimate.

The move went very well. The men were able to complete the job ahead of schedule. We were very pleased with their work and would definitely use Hopkins again.

We have been very happy with them and there has not been any issue with my washing machine since then. Their price is good.

The estimator came out to our home, provided a good estimate as well as a number of tips on how to reduce the time and cost on the day of the move. The movers arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently, and finished under the estimated time. We were overall very pleased with this company and would use them again.

They were excellent. Tom did the estimate for 10 hours (payment is by the hour). They arrived on time and protected the floors. They were very careful with our furniture some of which is antique. We were pleased they used two vans as access was limited at the unload end. The crew were very polite and worked steadily all day. They finished in 9 hours as they did not take lunch (we provided lunch). There were no breakages or damage. Best move we have had.

They were excellent help! They packaged everything carefully and we were moved in one day.

This outfit bills by hourly rate of $140.00 for a truck and three men. They do not nickle and dime you to death like other moving companies.

The service was great. They came out and estimated how much it would cost. They were quite helpful and provided us with boxes. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a wonderful job! They were very neat, conscientious and careful. They also told us that we wouldn't have to put anything into storage. It just came straight to me in Minnesota. That was nice. They were very personable and easy to work with.
