FLAME-TECH offers a one stop shopping experience for all your fireplace needs. We are a dealer for most major fireplace manufacturers. We offer in-home sales of fireplaces, gas logs, gas, wood and pellet stoves. We service and maintain all major brands. FLAME-TECH service vans are equipped with most parts needed to solve your fireplace issues on the first visit. There are no additional fees if a second visit is needed.

Description of Work: This was a free in home estimate. Very informative. Bill very professional. |The only reason I am giving it an overall B is due to pricing. I had a phone estimate with another company that was $2000 less for a similar product. Just not sure if the other company's estimate is as accurate. Would love to have the work done but can't due to price.

Description of Work: We had our wood burning fireplace converted to a remote controlled gas burning unit. The installation went very well. The installers were extremely professional and made some modifications at our request without hesitation. We couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process.

Description of Work: We moved into a house and wanted to get the gas fireplace inspected and cleaned. We were given an appointment about 2 weeks after our call. When the tech came out he was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He serviced the fireplace, replaced the igniter and wall switch, cleaned & painted the interior of the fireplace and replaced the "coals". The fireplace looks brand new and runs great. We will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: A new hearth was installed to complete a DIY fireplace facelift. It was a relatively small job and their price reflected that. Other companies had quoted me DOUBLE. Jerry the company's president contacted me personally and was involved in the entire process from start to finish. He would not even accept final payment until he knew we were happy with the work. Our once ugly red brick fireplace is now a beautiful slate slab. |Great company!

Description of Work: Flametech came to perform "tune up" maintenance on our Gas Fireplace. The technician was very professional, and kept a very clean work area. He informed us of the service he was doing, and replaced some wearing parts (gas valve -- which hadn't been updated in 10 years). All-in-all a very good and very knowledgeable firm -- recommended for any gas/propane fireplace servicing!
