Description of Work: I called George Sherman Corp. on very short notice on a Friday afternoon, because my furnace stopped producing heat. I called several other vendors first, and being told that next Tuesday or beyond would be the earliest they could come out, George Sherman amazed me by saying they have a guy in my area, and he could be over in 30 minutes. Eddie from George Sherman Corp.was there in two shakes, diagnosed the problem quickly to be a dead LP gas valve. He did not have one on the truck, but he drove out to a local parts supplier, and returned with the valve. He installed it promptly, doing a quick tune-up to restore the furnace to operating condition. And he only charged me for one hour of labor. I will definitely be using them again and referring them to my friends. This cloud really had a silver lining!

When I made alternate solutions, the price would increase. Receive other quotes from reputable companies and Sherman was extremely high. Did not use them

Description of Work: Airconditioner was not working when we arrived at our beach house. It was 95 degrees in the house at 10pm. We called and the tech arrived promptly at the scheduled appt time of 10 am the next day which was a Saturday and it was repaired 1/2 hr later
