Took a bit longer than anticipated due to scheduling conflict & weather but all in all went fine. This company does other types of work and we have asked them to contact us regarding a job but we have not heard from them so may not use them for other jobs. When planning for the bath room, it did take a couple of missed/changed appointments before he actually came out to the house to give an estimate. Also, the job was to start on one day and finish the next, but there was a schedule conflict that he wasn't aware of and then another day was lost because of heavy rain. What should have taken 3 days, actually took a couple days longer. He did a wonderful job though. If you don't need/want something done in a certain time frame, I'd recommend him.

Tony was great to work with from start to finish. He gave us a fair price and did a great job. I will definitely be calling him in the future for all our plumbing needs!

This guy is AWESOME! Tony was there when I needed him. I recently purchased a new home and quickly found that the water pressure was extremely low throughout the entire house. I called Tony and left him a message. He returned my call sooner than I expected! I told him about my problem and he asked many questions to gain a better understanding of my problem . I loved this!!! Too often, people assume they know what you may be experiencing and end up selling you something that you don't really need. Not Tony!!!! He asked questions, listened to my answers and came to the house the very next day. Tony is extremely knowledgeable and it shows. Not only does he know his job, but he also shares his knowledge with you. It turned out that my water pressure problem was due to a filter needing replaced. Tony found this out very quickly. He replaced the filter and water pressure was restored! Tony may not be our "God who walks on water", but he is certainly "my Plumber God"!!!!! Thanks Tony!!!!

Excellent plumber! Tony went above and beyond. He worked very hard to get me water again. He did a fantastic job installing the pump, tank, plumbing and even put a new electrical outlet in. I would not hesitate to use him again, in fact he will be my plumber from now on. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Tony's wife was also very helpful, both are super good people. Tony was on time and explained what he thought would be the best solution to the problem. I let him do what he thought was best. He replaced the fittings and reconfigured the whole set up in the time he was here. His price was very reasonable, and I am certainly satisfied. I definitely will use him again for any future plumbing needs.

Tony was great. He showed up when he said he would. Our outdoor shower piping cracked from the winter weather and he fixed that and a leaky faucet. He was prompt knowledgeable and helped explain how to avoid it int he future. He even fixed a neighbor's outdoor shower while he was here and had time.

Tony explained what he was doing; diagnosed problem; did repair on hydrant breakers. Had to travel to supply store to pick up hydrant spindle. Rebuilt hydrant and explained actions as he performed repair.

he was very personable, and he allowed me to sit there and observe him while he worked. We were both surprised that the bill was so inexpensive despite how long he was here working. We were pleasantly surprised at the low price. he did a really good job and i would cal hiim back.

I selected Sussex Plumbing & Home Services from your list and because of their A rating. That rating was "spot on." They came out after hours, in rain, sleet and snow to assess a potentially dangerous situation when an expansion tank burst under my home, And when I say "under" my home, I'm talking about a crawl space that you can only get into by lying on your back. Water was spraying everywhere.To make matters worse the electric had shorted out and there was no light to see what we were up against. Tony did a temporary fix until he could get back early the next AM, remove the tank, install a new one (with a shut-off valve!!!) and haul away the old one along with other soaking wet debris. I will be using SPHS to finish the job once things finally dry out and for any other plumbing issues in the future. They are professional, courteous, honest, fair and concerned for their clients. I wish there was a higher rating than "A" because they truly deserve an A++++!

He is extremely competent and highly professional. His rates were reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone. I have had him do other work around my home in the past. I bought a three year old home and he did research to get free internal components for my toilets due to poor initial manufacturer work.

I have used them twice and I can’t say enough good things about them. Their service was excellent and they were quick. They were very professional, personable and did an incredible job. They weren’t expensive at all. They were reasonable. They charged me about $65 for repairing the leaking toilet. They took everything apart and did an incredible job for $65. The guy who did the job is licensed. He was excellent. I would use him again in the future and I gave his name to all the neighbors.
