Mark Tomblin is a professional. He texted me because he was getting late from his previous work but showed up at the promised time. His work is thorough and clean. His rates were straight forward and no need to bargain. I will recommend his services without any reservation.

I hired them to do a mold inspection. I was told they would be able to identify the source of the mold. They told us what it probably could be but never actually identified the problem. Never went and looked into anything, under anything, never took any outside samples, said it was not necessary. This man spent about 12 minutes in our home total, just to tell us absolutely nothing. We were then told we would have our results in 5-7 days, here we are 2 full weeks later with NO results, no call to explain why we have not received our results, no email with our results, NOTHING. This man seemed so insistent that we should be having our realtor put us in a hotel until we got our results back, thank God we did not actually hold our breath on that one.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE A REALTOR OR ARE SELLING A HOME. There is a major conflict of interest. This company does quality testing BUT, they tested the crawl space which is not a "livable space" according to Maryland code. OF COURSE there is mold in the crawl space and OF COURSE the numbers will come back to show that. It is not contained, not livable and outside spores can get in there and DO get in there. That is what they are COUNTING ON when they test. To show you that you NEED THEM. The conflict of interest is that this company does MOLD REMEDIATION and they are WANTING to find mold so they can get you to buy all their services! The tech, Mark Tomblin, sat in my home and told me to vapor seal my crawl space would be $13,000+!!! After multiple phone calls, messages, texts and emails from BOTH myself AND my realtor to NOT send any results from the crawl space as it is not a "livable space" which was the sole REASON for hiring him (to test INDOOR AIR QUALITY), he sent them anyway at which point we did not open the results because they were USELESS to us. Had we opened them, we would be mandated to disclose the results to the buyer which could potentially ruin the deal with exterior results from the crawl space and put a bad taste in the buyer's mouth. We wasted $385 dollars or thereabouts for a test that would make it look as though we NEED mold remediation so he could make a buck. It also took over a WEEK to get the results back! I ended up hiring a local company, HoXXX., Stephensville, MD #41XXXX (CXXXX) that tests but DOES NOT offer mold remediation so there is NO conflict of interest. They used the EXACT SAME LAB and all indoor air quality tests came back SPARKLING. Do not trust this company. He is out for your $$$. So unethical!

Mark & co were friendly, polite, quick to respond, and worked efficiently. I had a couple vents cleaned out (one including a large bird nest), and they went the extra mile to make sure there was no build-up or concerns in other vents while they were here. There was a small billing discrepancy, but when I contacted them it was quickly corrected and resolved. Definitely recommend!

While it is not listed above. I had trouble choosing the correct category which is air duct/ dryer vent cleaning They came and cleaned my ducts for my HVAC system as well as my dryer. The owner actually came out and participated in the work. The guy that cleaned my dryer vent even cleaned behind my washer and dryer and wiped down my laundry room floor They were personal, professional and meticulous in their work They Were prompt . I highly recommend this business to anyone needing service from them.!
