Nice job done! Invited me to walk around and inspect before they departed. They were friendly and professional, prompt.

Some windows left with long scratches from the razorblades they use to scrape off debris. Owner agrued over some other damage to property done by a cleaner, complaining about what it cost him, though I suffered the actual loss. Will never use this company again.

They were excellent. They where on time and got right to work. I work from my home and they were very respectful of my time and need for quiet. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

They finally did the job on Thursday, this week. I bought two coupons from them. They wanted another $380. I talked to the guy and he didn't realize that I had already paid. But anyway, he said he would do my whole house and when he got out there he said, "Oh, no. You have more windows. They're a different kind than I thought. So, for some $800, I would do the whole house." I said, "Well, I'm only prepared to pay $490 that I already signed up for." He did a very good job on the windows that he did. He was difficult to deal with. He didn't come to the first appointment, which was on December 3rd. He just didn't show up. And then he offered me a Saturday, which wouldn't work for me and then he didn't have an opening until the 23rd of December, which didn't work for me. So, I was pretty annoyed with him by the time he did the job because I couldn't get an appointment and then when he finally came, he spent half the time counting windows and trying to negotiate a different deal with me. Finally they just counted out the 45 windows and they did them and they did a nice job but I wouldn't work with them again. They did a very nice job but working with them is very difficult. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Just want to stay that 1st State Window cleaning did an excellent job with cleaning the exterior siding. They were very professional and most of all, they were on time, in fact the were able to move the appointment to meet my time frame which was a big help, given the short notice they had. All said work was completed as requested and no damages to the the siding, window screens or roofing. I was very pleased and strongly recommend their services. I will definitely be calling on them in the future. Also this was the first time that I used Angie's List and was pleased how payment was handled through the company. Well Done!

They were extremely professional every step in way, responding promptly to my inquiry, providing an estimate, scheduling the work, and sending very friendly and professional window cleaners. I knew what to expect in every step of the process because they were very clear about everything. I would hire them again without hesitation.

They arrived on time and were very professional. I was very pleased with the work.

Details are pretty much above. They were careful in getting items out of the way of the water and returning them to their places after they finished. One thing that bugged me that I did not know about until a few days ago. When they used my front outside water faucet for their hose, they took off the connector hose that goes to my rack where I keep my hoses and through which all my water goes. The result was that I was not able to water since I was not able to reconnect the hose. Well, that sounds like a really little thing, but I am awaiting knee surgery and had absolutely no way to get down on the ground to replace the heavy connector hose that had to be bent to meet the faucet.

Steve and (darn I can't remember her name) did an excellent job, kept me up to date with traffic delays that held them up ever so slightly. The siding and wooden porch (with mold/dirt) turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend 1st State. They are a very professional and courteous service that does fantastic work.

Everyone was outstanding. They worked around our schedule - to meet our needs. They were flexible - sent estimates in advance, including emails and phone calls to eliminate any surprises. I would recommend Steve and his team to everyone -- I will definitely be using again!

They were very prompt, very professional. The only reason they received a B was because they did not clean one of my bedroom windows. My fault, because they asked me to check to make sure I was pleased with the work.

Arrived on time, introduced them self, explained in detail the process. Wore booties inside. Went over each room with us for inspection. Very polite and did an excellent job.

I hired 1st State Window Cleaning to power wash my home. They were professional and punctual. While they were here, I requested that they power wash the deck, as well. They were able to accommodate my request, and the additional charge was very reasonable.

They were very good. He gives you an estimate up front and his estimate is pretty good. He uses the internet to look at your house to do the estimate. He doesn't have to come here. He sent out two men and it took them about half a day. They were really good and really professional. They were also very courteous.

Workers were punctual, polite and friendly. They cleaned the windows of the house both inside and outside, even the high difficult to access windows. They were professional and worked efficiently and the end results were outstanding.The windows were gleaming, smear free and made the house feel twice as bright with all the sunlight flooding through the clean windows. I will definitely use this company again. Awesome job!

Very polite and professional workers, who did excellent work. I was impressed that they took extra time to remove stainless glass mounted in front of window to clean the window (not part of contract). Excellent work!

Stephen and Will were on time and worked very efficiently- great crew! They were friendly, very neat & tidy, wore socks over their shoes. Completed a TOUGH job (these windows had not been cleaned for 10 years!) They used the acid wash to clean outside. Windows were sparkling! Very well mannered & respectful & courteous!!! They even cleaned a couple extra things for me - chandelier & front door, windows that were not on their original work order. They went above and beyond the call of duty! I will ask them back next year!

I have used 1st State Window Cleaning company multiple times. They are the MOST kind and the Most professional service techs I have used. The gentlemen come in, always on time, confirm the job, ask if there is anything else to be added, and proceed with the job. They wear protection while in your house. They ask nothing of you until the end. They walk you around and will not leave until you are totally satisfied. I wouldn't use any other company! Always a pleasure!

We had an excellent experience. Because of nagging winter weather, we ended up having to reschedule our initial appointment, but doing so was quick and easy. The men arrived and did a thorough and professional job.

The job went very well. The 2 men were on time, outlined the job and the order that they wanted to do the windows. They were careful in all of the rooms, and the windows look great The back of the house was heavily stained, and he washed certain sections 3 times to be sure what was stubborn dirt and what was a permanent stain. The deck is old and he was careful to adjust the power of the water stream. I was quite satisfied, and would recommend their services.

Arrived on time. Did everything they were supposed to do plus did an excellent job.

They left BIG white spots on the brick, grill cover, table, etc. Rain and the water hose did not remove this white product. I had to scrub it off. It, also, ruined one of my tables. They did not call back to check, but emailed 5/12 or 13 to ask if they left a pole.

Very professional. Would definitely hire again.
