1st State Window Cleaning LLC

1st state window cleaning was supposed to come out this morning at 8am, we had prepped the house to get ready. Pulled all screens out and washed, pulled all outside furniture away from the house, washed all inside windows. To only have him call around 9am saying they had call outs and could not come. I sent an email telling them that we had to do alot of pre work to prep for them to come today. Not to mention we woke up at 6:30 am preparing for a 8am arrival. Then they said that they would be out this afternoon after I sent my email this morning. Only for a no call no show this afternoon! This is horrible business practice and we will be taking our business somewhere else. The least you could do is communicate with your customers, but a no call not show is ridiculous. DO NOT give this company your business.

I reached out to this company over a month ago to get my windows cleaned. I approved the estimate and was placed on the schedule to have the work completed in the coming weeks. As my appointment approached, I received a call that they had to reschedule and was given a new date, which I was fine with. The day before my appointment I received an email confirming my visit scheduled for the next day, so I was under the impression I was good to go and arranged for someone to be at my house since I was traveling on business. I then received a call at the last minute that they would need to reschedule and my windows won't be done before Thanksgiving, which put me in a very bad situation. I was also told that I would receive a call the following day, which I never received and ended up hiring someone else to do the job.

The weather was on and off rain...sometimes heavy...the day I scheduled, so it was difficult for the fellows to do a really good job. I should have just re-scheduled, but I was very busy and did not do that. It rained all that week, so it was not possible to call them back to re-do, which I understand. So, the job was OK.

Last year we were trying to find someone to clean our windows and were having a hard time. I contacted 1st State Window Cleaning in DE and spoke to the owner, Steve (great guy!) At first, he said they did not travel to our area in NJ, but then said he would do it, I am so glad that Steve was willing to send his crew to our home. We were so happy with their work that we hired them to clean the windows at our business too. This is the 2nd time they've been at our home, and the workers are very professional and friendly. Darryl has been on all our jobs and is very nice -- an asset to the company. Antonio was working with him on this job and they did an outstanding job -- great teamwork. Will definitely use them in the future, and would recommend their window cleaning services to others.

Fabulous. Professional all the way. The owner was communicative, knowledgeable, and professional. The team who performed the work were also professional as evidenced by their arrival on time, friendly greeting, explanation of work, and attention to needs of the job. At the conclusion of service, the team made certain everything was completed to satisfaction. The owner of the company also followed through. It was a pleasure to work with this company and I highly recommend!

They did a fantastic job as always. On time (called before coming, did a great job and so quick! Highly recommend them.

I have been using 1st State for several years now and have always found them to be reasonable, honest, courteous and careful. They take their time, cover their shoes, carefully move furniture, wipe the sills when they are done, and gently remove window grates. I'm very satisfied with the results and I will continue to use them in the future.

They responded quickly and gave a fair price. The cleaners were professional, polite and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction before they left. I had over 40 windows and none of them tilted in, so much of the work was done on ladders. A job that would have taken me forever was done in days!
