Charlie, Mary and the crew were all very professional and the job was completed promptly. The work product was top notch. They arrived on time and set right to work. They protected all the furnishings and flooring with plastic and drop clothes. There was no damage or spills. The clean up was wonderful. He used quality paint that includes a 2 year guarantee against any product failure. There was one trouble spot on the ceiling that needed extra attention, When I told Charlie, he promptly returned and redid the area. We are so pleased with his workmanship that we are having him come back to paint the outside of our house this fall.

We just moved into a new house and we've been doing the painting on our own. Our living room and stair well has high ceilings, and, being overwhelmed with the rest of the painting, we chose to call in for some help for those rooms. We found Charlie here on Angie's and decided to call him because he had great reviews written about him. He definitely lived up to it. He came and quoted me the very day that I called. He runs his business professionally and his prices are fair. We're very happy with the work that him and his guys have done, they certainly know what they're doing. We'll recommend Charlie to anyone!

They were phenomenal! Charlie inspected job and gave an estimate the same day as I called him. He scheduled my job within a week. He and his crew arrived around 9 a.m. and started working immediately. They put dropcloths on everything and taped off areas not being painted (like molding). He had a crew of 3 and they completed the job (2 coats) by 4 p.m. It is perfect. I am pretty picky, and I would HIGHLY recommend Charlie. Note that cost does not include paint.

Charlie did a great job! One of the drywall repairs needed a bit more attention and he returned and took care of it. Charlie worked in 100+ degree weather, never complained, and laid out drop cloths and protected other surfaces. He is polite, timely, and works efficiently and quickly. Even left us the remaining paint for any touch ups.

Great. Easy scheduling, on time. Charlie and his crew did a beautiful job. I was impressed with how they moved and replaced furniture. They even plugged everything back in. Great attention to all details and very friendly and responsive. One small spot was overlooked and Charlie came by and fixed it promptly with no problem.

Charlie and his crew were here promptly at 8am and were here until about 3:30pm. They initially painted our ceiling for us which turned out amazing. Afterwards they painted the living room, dining room and kitchen for us. They did an absolute amazing job with everything! Very reasonably priced for all the work they did, too! We love how our house turned out and would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.

Charles was very responsive and provided excellent communication. We spoke and his team completed our painting within a week of first contacting them. Staff members were very friendly and professional. The painting came out excellent and we couldn't be happier. Also, very reasonably priced. I found Charlie's Painting LLC here on Angies LIst & contacted for a quote to paint our condo. We'd had some water damage & replaced some drywall & decided to have entire condo painted when we had drywall repair done. I contacted Charlie & got an immediate response, to meet & get quote. Charlie showed up on time & was very professional & had quote emailed to me with in a day. We were pleased with the quote & signed the contract. Before painting was done, they were very responsive to questions I had about the quote & work provided. I chose colors & emailed details to them. They showed up and did the painting & emailed me when done. I live a few hours away and wasn't able to get down to check on things right away. When I arrived to check on the outcome, I was shocked at how GREAT the painting looked & how clean the condo was after they were done. I would highly recommend Charlie's Painting LLC!!!!

FANTASTIC JOB !! From my first phone call to Charlie Wise, he responded within 4 hours. Charlie made an appointment for the following day. He arrived at the time he said he would. He listened to what my wife and I wanted done. He gave recommendations, and told us what exactly he and his painters would do. He emailed his estimate that evening to me. My wife and I reviewed it and signed the contract. The next day Charlie called to thank us, and he put us on his work schedule for the dates that would work for us. On 4/12 he and his crew showed up at 8:30 am. They carefully covered our furniture, rugs, and hardwood floors. They protected our wall mounted TV and Sound Bar, along with draping plastic over our window shutters, appliances, and cabinets. They did an excellent job of sanding the walls, sparkling were needed, and did an excellent "pre" job before painting. By days end all ceilings and wood moldings had been painted along, with one coat of paint on all walls. Today, they arrived at 8:00 am. Charlie and his crew put the second coat of paint on all the walls, and finished painting all the doors. Charlie had me inspect all the work before he and his crew began cleaning up. Charlie and his crew did an EXCELLENT job. They are very clean and careful painters. They respected our house and were very caring in their work. Their "clean-up" was 110%. They vacuumed all the floors, removed any and all paint tape, plastic drop cloths etc. My wife and I highly recommend Charlie's Painting LLC to anyone looking for a "local", "reliable painter" and "crew". Charlie Wise does everything he says he will do, plus "more"......no questions asked! This was the most pleasant experience we have ever had in having interior painting done. I checked this company out on this site and decided to give him a try, he responded immediately. He offered an 8 hr. day for $400 We only needed our family room painted so we hired him. Arrived on time, was clean, professional, did not waste time taking long breaks, very respectful to our home, property and to us. Having been in Property Management for 20+ years, I have worked with many, many contractors so I feel qualified to say that Charlie not only does an excellent professional job, he understands the importance of putting the customer first. We were so satisfied with his work we hired him to come back to paint 3 room and all the woodwork in our foyer; his price was reasonable. he was able to adjust to our time frame and finished the job in 3 days. Always on time! His crew was respectful and followed his direction to the letter. We highly recommend him and will call on him when we need work done.

Charlie and his work are amazing. Sometimes contractors in lower DE aren't dependable. Charlie was perfect from start to finish. Answered all questions, gave a quote (not an estimate) and did all the requested work-on time and polite The wallpaper removed was about 30 years old. After prepping and painting the walls, there is no trace of formerly having wallpaper. Some of the areas where the wallpaper was removed and the walls paper was difficult to reach but it wasn't a problem for Charlie. We will use Charlie again when we need painting.

First off, Charlie is a very nice individual to work with and he is very polite. Charlie and his crew of two other painters are very punctual. They always showed up on-time and completed the work in the estimated time frame. Charlie also can fix imperfections in the drywall and was able to patch up 3in. holes in the bathroom walls where the old mirrors had been placed (we put in new vanity sets and toilets in our two bathrooms). Charlie stands by his work. When we noticed a slight imperfection in the painting of one wall, he immediately repainted the entire wall, no questions asked. We recently moved to the Eastern Shore from California. It was a really great to find such a professional contractor here in Delaware, without knowing anyone to get a recommendation from for this type of painting work. Charlie is a perfectionist and cleans up neatly after each job. My Wife and I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed!

Charlie was professional, neat with his work and clean up . Very reliable and quality was great. Sorry we didn't find him first because he would've painted our entire house and we look forward to working with him in the future.

Charlies Painting LLC was very reasonably priced! They were on time, very thorough in their work they completely cleaned job site after everyday of work which you do not find very often. Charlies Painting was genuinely concerned about the customer (us) and our satisfaction to the point he called me on a weekend to check how the project looked and to make sure we were happy which I have never had happen to us and we have used many contractors in building our new home. I liked the attention to detail that is provided which made us very happy. Charlies Painting is very flexible around the customers schedule and works weekends which is a BIG plus in todays busy schedule. The office staff and workers emulate owners work ethic and professionalism! They helped us choose the proper paint and let us know the pros and cons with each and was very knowledgeable in todays products on the market and there are thousands!
