It was seamless, I was very nervous hiring someone as I just moved into the area. Charles Painting was amazing. They made the whole process easy and their work is fabulous. My house looks great.

I hired Charlie and his crew to paint the interior of my home to match the existing color of the walls. Charlie was quick to get me an estimate and to start work. They were on average, 45 minutes late everyday, with the longest being 2.5 hours from when they said they would show up. I had Charlie bid me to do one coat of paint, mind you he talked me into one coat of paint mentioning that he could do it because I wasn’t changing the paint color. Multiple spots throughout the home were missed because of careless work and spreading the paint too thin with the rollers. Multiple paint drips on the walls, as well as on my white doors and baseboards. There were even spots in the home where trim simply was not cut in at all, causing me to have to go back an repaint/touchup after they left. They cleaned their tools in my bathroom sink and bathtub and used my shower towel to clean up the mess. They even spilt paint on the blanket I was using to sleep with, didn’t tell me, and the only way I found out about it was when I got into bed that evening, my blanket was soaking wet. That said, Charlie and I did work out a replacement for the blanket. They started a fire in my front mulch by putting their cigarettes out there, which is a good thing I caught it, because a home in the neighborhood over burnt down due to the same reason. After all of the work was done, I emailed Charlie about failing to cover all of the walls, like he bid me and promised in the contract, and he placed all of the blame on me for only wanting one cot and was rather nasty in the email reply as well. Bottom line, I will never use this company again and will have to hire a professional to come in and cover up he carelessness of this job.

Charlie and two additional painters covered all cabinets, furniture and rugs with drop cloths. We felt that everything was well protected. They repaired two ceiling cracks (one was repaired before and took extra skill to fix). They put on two coats of paint and the ceilings look great. You can't tell where the cracks were. We are very happy with their work and would hire them again.

Charlie and his crew took on a big job inside our new home (resurfaced wall in living room, patched holes throughout the house, removed wallpaper, painted most of the interior including walls and ceiling) and the result was outstanding. The quality of the work done and the professionalism were appreciated. The fact that they offered a military discount sweetened the deal.

Excellent - far exceeded expectations!! Crew was polite, respectful, anxious to please and professional. Quality of work was flawless and they were very careful to make no mess. We are very impressed. Delightful people to deal with.

Fantastic work!! This is the second time we have hired Charlie and we love the work he does. Spackled, sanded, fixed cracked walls and nail pops! The rooms look amazing! Price is food and work is outstanding!

Charlie showed up on time to give us our estimate. He was professional and answered all our questions. He provided a estimate within a day and we hired him for the next week (amazingly they had a opening). His crew came right on time. The guys were so nice and courteous. You can tell how much they care about their job and doing a good job. They were careful and did amazing work. I seriously can’t say enough about the job they did. Charlie, Mary and the crew were amazing. We loved the job they did so much we’ve hired them to paint the rest of the house including out garage. We highly recommend them.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Charlie’s Painting. We had gotten a few estimates for doing the job. We ended up going with them because of all the great reviews. All I can say is they weren’t lying! Charlie and his crew were fantastic. Truly. They fit us in right away. He showed up with his crew (7 man team) right on time. They came in an got to work right away. They were very respectful. Not only of our stuff but to us as well. They work great together. You would think so many people working in adjoining areas would be a mess, but no, they did fantastic. The communication with Charlie and Mary was great. They always responded right way. After the job was finished for the day, the guys would clean everything up and put everything away for the next day. The last 2 days we had Larry come out and finish the add ons for us. Such a great guy! And the last day, I had the pleasure of meeting Mary as she helped Larry put some stuff back together. Now, the actual painting of the walls was bar none. They are so thorough. Their work is incredible. Nice clean walls. No marks, no rough spots and no drips or marks on ceiling. We are so impressed so much that we are going to hire them to paint our upstairs and our basement too! I wouldn’t hire anyone else. Thanks again for such a professional job!

Charlie's painting crew were on time, prep the walls, covered furniture and began painting. Guys were friendly & respectful and did a great job. No messes and cleaned up and asked us to check over the job to make sure we happy with the completed job. They did exactly what they quoted us and did a little more.

This was, without a doubt, a huge job made so much easier and lesss stressful for us because of Charlie, Mary and the entire crew! From the ceiling straight line cut ins, careful and clean workmanship, beautiful finishes and daily clean up, this job that took an entire week was completed to perfection! Everything looks beautiful, and the work was done in a timely fashion. They were in and out and the only signs of it were freshly pained rooms. They were great to work with.

My husband and I hired Charlie's painting to paint majority of our recently built home. Since, we lived out of state we did a lot of research and reading prior to selecting Charlie. Based on the reviews and his responses to same we called Charlie. He was great to talk with and quick with responses. We found his prices to be quite reasonable. We both could not be any happier!!!!
