We had gone through several rains without any problems, however with this past snow event, the same area started leaking. I had buckets everywhere trying to catch the leaks. I contacted McCain Roofing and spoke with Richard. I told him about the issues I was having, and he said he would be here that day! You don’t get that from too many roofing companies or any companies for that matter. He explained to me what the problem was in that the seller did not use the proper roofing materials for a flat roof, therefore once the snow melted it had nowhere to go and instead of melting off the roof it melted down into the roof into my library.
