I call them and they came same day. They called before coming. They put on covers for their shoes. Before entering. They polite, they are professional and do work thoroughly.

Called as a result of a plumbing leak with an unknown source. Tech called prior to arrival, showed up and fixed it in no time. Quick, courteous, and extremely professional.

We had no water and I called McGee plumbing and they sent a tech. out the next day. He (Bob) found a bad pressure switch and replaced it. They had to come back to adjust the pump pressure to our liking but that was not their fault. They do very good work, and Bob was very helpful.

The quote was $2500. The price was excellent. The quality of the service he provided at the time of the estimate was top notch. He gave us the estimate within three four days and he was punctual. He was very professional also.

The Megee inspector was egregiouisly dishonest, trying to obtain the maximum seller credit for the contract purchaser on account of alleged defects in the plumbing, by making false claimes and allegations, so as to get the maximum amount of billable work for his company. I had to have my own plumber come out at my cost (about $400) to refute the false claims from the Megee plumbing "inspection". Megee wanted to replace the entire plumbing system, including the hot water heater, due to alleged insurmountable defects. The water in the house had been turned off for some time, and Megee refused to turn the water on again as I had authorized, which would have revealed the falsehood of most of the claims of defects, stating that it would be too risky. Once my plumber turned on the water, the falsity of the MeGee claims became apparent. Overall, Megee wanted me to credit the contract purchaser with $3261 for the plumbing and another $3000 to replace the drainage system; he did not even claim any evidence of defects in the drains, but said instead there was no evidence of anti-freeze in the drain traps so they could have failed, while refusing to test them to find out (there actually had been antifreeze in them). Once my plumber turned on the water without significant problems and tested the drains without any problems, it became impossible for my buyer to continuing claiming the credit amount being sought. In the end, there was only one undisputed defect in the plumbing, which was separate from the main system and led to outdoor faucets. Based upon a quote I obtained, I credited the buyer with $550, instead of the $6261 that the Megee plumber advised would be required, and the sale closed successfully.

I called Megee's plumbing I asked if I could get a estimate. The supervisor said he could save me some money he told me to go to Lowe,s and get a kit and buy the battery. I told him the kits at Lowe,s were cheap and the battery would not last. I told him I wanted a zoeller battery kit and a marine deep cycle battery. He told me where to go for both the battery kit and the deep cycle battery and he told me when I got both items to call him back and we could set a date for installation. When I picked up the battery kit at the plumbing distrubuter it was the same price as Lowe,s but much higher quality. When I called him back his secretary told me there would be a charge of $94 just to come to my house. We set a appointment date for a couple day's later. The day of the appointment they were right on time,the two men were clean,courtious and helpful. After they installed the kit and battery they took me down in the crawl space and showed me what they did and how everything worked. They did excellent work and cleaned up everything.There were a lot of loose wires, they taped them all up out of the way and they hung the battery charger on a joist so it was easy to see. They charged me $358 including the $94,which I thought was a little high but all in all I would call them again.

They are a really big company in this area. They did a real good job with the plumbing concerns I had and they went under. They first came in September and then they came in January. For the major leak they re-piped my whole house. My house had some kind of plastic piping which cracked. It was built in the early 80’s and they had to redo all that. It cost me $1900. When they came out again to repair the leak it cost me $350. The person who put it in didn’t put a cut off valve and they replaced that. It is a very professional company and they are good about showing up when they say they are going to show up. They are courteous when they come. They try to give you the best price and they are not out to gouge you. I was very pleased with them. When I had the original piping done I found that I didn’t like 2 things and I called them. They came and took care of the problem and I didn’t have to wait another week for someone to take care of it. There are a whole team of people and they are able to follow up with things. The guy who made the mistake was not too happy but the guy who responded was fantastic. The guy came and did what he was supposed to and I was very pleased. The eventual quality was good.

I had a service contract for our heating and air conditioning unit for about 3-4 years in our beach house. They were excellent, very responsive and did quality work no matter what time of year we called. Maybe a little more expensive than others, but everything from their office response, repairmen to billing were all friendly and responsive. Explained everything in detail too. Would definitely use them again.

We had never used Megees before and we were looking for a company that would handle both plumbing and HVAC. When I called to inquire about an appointment, they said they could schedule me that afternoon to do both. They called at 12:30PM to tell us that they were on the way. Technicians were very professional.

Prompt, courteous, and professional service.

We had a leak in the faucet in the kitchen which was spraying water onto the wall. Turned out it was leaking from the hose of the sprayer. While they were there, we had the entire faucet replaced as it was probably 20 yrs. old.

He arrived on time. Listened to me describe problem. Diagnosed and fixed it. Left the area tidy. We are very p;eased.

I've called Megee for all my plumbing problems since Christmas Eve, 2008, an emergency call, and they restored my hot water. The following spring, they also updated my outdoor spigots and were always willing to explain the repairs. I Love Them!

Firm advised on prepartion necessary to install units.(bigger platform, et al.) Equipment ordered promply and installed to my satisfaction. I have delt with this firm for over 16 years and and have been very pleased with their performance

We have been very pleased with the performance of Megee. This year however, we have gone with a different company because of finances. The new company is significantly cheeper. About 20% less expensive.

Very disappointed,would not use them again.The price was very high and the cost of the service call was extreme.I was a regular customer but not any more.I had in the past used this company but not any more

The owner had them come in and they've come in a several times to do some work on the hot water heater. They do everything. They do plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical services. They do it all. The same guy came out twice for the water heater and he was very good. He told me what might be the problem and he did a little bit to take care of the problem and sure enough he came back again so that's why I ended up having it flushed out because it needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable. I had two guys come in June for the air conditioning close up. I just knew it stopped working and it turned out to be that there was nothing wrong with it besides the fact that it was frozen and the filter needed to be cleaned. It would get warm in here and then I would turn off the air because it wasn't working and then I would turn it back on and it wouldn't work. I would use them again in the future.
