I called to ask a question about an issue we were having with a toilet. Although I didn't ask how soon I could get service the plumber I spoke with said he might be able to come the next day. Since I needed to have an appointment either at the beginning or end of the day he adjusted the schedule so he could meet my needs. He arrived a few minutes early! Finished both jobs in an hour and gave us advice on care of both faucet and toilet as well as making a suggestion about replacing the sink. Very professional and personable. Highly recommend!

KB Plumbing came in, evaluated downstairs, then upstairs, then cut a small opening in one of my bathrooms walls in an area I would not had suspected, and there was the leak in one of the Tees feeding both bathrooms upstairs. Just to be safe they replaced both Tees, did a great job making an access panel for future entry, cleaned up and was out in 1 1/2 hours. Great Service from skilled plumbers. I will definitely call them back.

I contacted the company through email and described the problem of a non working anti siphon outside spigot. They provided me an estimated to install a new one and we arranged a time and date. The team of two showed up at the beginning of the one hour window agreed upon. I showed them what was involved and they got to work and were very willing to answer any questions I had. They replaced the old spigot with a new one of higher quality and explained the 5 year warranty on it. They should me how the new spigot worked and proved to me that it worked without any leaks in the new connections. They completed their work within 45 minutes but I was charged for the full hour as that is the minimum. I understood that one hour was the minimum charge beforehand and the cost matched the estimate they had given me so no surprises. I am very satisfied with their work and will be using them again.

After getting quotes from three other companies with the cheapest being $2,800 for a repair of the sewer line and the most expensive of almost $10,000 for complete sewer line replacement to the street I decided to try Angie's List and the highly recommended KB Plumbing. Kenny was not satisfied with just what I was telling him and he saw no breaks or seperations in the camera when he looked in the drain. To him something wasn't making sense. Water was leaking into my sump pit when we ran our washing machine but was fine with toilets or showers or dish washer. I had checked the washing machine drain hose previously and it was dry and there was no water on the floor. So logically the only way for sewer water to get to the sump pit was from a crack or separation in the sewer pipe. When he ran the washing machine he finally found the cause. The washing machine drain hose actually was split and spraying directly into the french drain and made its way to the sump pit. Kenny replace the hose and charged me only for a service call even with all the camera work trying to find a drain leak. Note to everyone: If you call for help don't take offense if they don't take your advise, double check your work, recheck the breaker, recheck the power switch, recheck the thermostat. Kudos to Kenny of KB Plumbing, he didn't listen to me (he did it very respectfully too) and saved me thousands of dollars. The key is he listened at the right time, worked with me, then took action.

The overall experience was great. They were at my house just under an hour. The normal hourly rate for that type of work is $125. They charged us $100. Can't beat that. Thanks guys.

All jobs were done in a timely mannor. Went out and found the master shut off and put in a new ball valve. Proceeded to fing a point to put in the new line and proceeded to install the new lines.

Guy showed up within 15 minutes of start of window (window was 9-11, he was here @ 9:15). Quickly diagnosed the problem as being a pinhole leak in the copper fitting in (attached) Moen faucet. He gave me three options: Repair the hole Cut the attached pipe out and put a new section in. Put a whole new faucet in. Since faucet was 20 years old, and the other line (hot) was looking almost as bad, I decided to go with option 3. He had a similar style Moen faucet on the truck, installed it, cleaned everything up, tested it. Was a very pleasant man to work with (can't recall his name, sorry), and was very professional the whole time. Well worth it. Faucet was $85, the service call was $180. Very good pricing, considering they came the next morning after I called them.

Very happy with service. Jesse gave us a magnet and my husband had him write his name for future reference.

They are reliable, professional, reasonable rates and you can always count on them to do a good job. They came when they said they would and were right on time.

Overall a very professional job and done in a timely way.

We dealt with this company from long distance, and we were very pleased with how they worked with our tenants as well as us from a distance. We'll call them again if we need a plumber.

I called KB's after checking some other reviews on Angie's List. I made the call at 0845 and the lady on the phone said she would have the plumber call me back. He called me in about 15 minutes and said he was on another job in Camden (I live in Smyrna) and he would come to our house immediately when he finished the first job. He got here at about 1040 and I described the problem and he went right to work. He was able to determine the problem was a clogged main line under the house. To make a long story short, he shook the pipes and that dislodged the clog and whatever it was ran out. We turned all of the faucets on it the house and flushed toilets and there wasn't a single clog. I guess if a less honest plumber wanted to they could have broke out the snake machine and charged a lot more but this guy took care of it and saved us a lot of money. $125 beats the heck out of $225 or more and he said if there were any other issues he would come right back out. Since the work was done we have done laundry, ran the showers, toilets and sinks and there hasn't been any problems. That was money well spent!

I had a leak coming from the connection on the washing machine. I called this company and left my name and number with the person who answered the phone. The repairman called me within 10 minutes and set an appointment for later that day. He called again before he arrived. He was courteous and efficient in his work. The repair was simple - Y connection did not have a washer. He put the washer in and waited for a few minutes to make sure it was no longer leaking. The entire process took 20 minutes. I would recommend this company. The only negative was the price - $125 for the service call (and he threw in the washer)!

Very well. The workmanship was top notch. My only complaint was that the job took less time than the estimate but they still charged me for the time they estimated it would take. However, they were able to perform the work on the weekend without additional charge and for that I was grateful. I would use this company again.

The guy returns his phone calls, does a good job, offers senior discounts and is reliable.
